Ok. So. Believe it or not there is a debate going on about the Fusion Rifle Charge rate... Some people including myself are saying the shorter the white bar is on "charge rate" the shorter it takes the Rifle to fire. However, some people claim that the longer the white bar is on "charge rate" the quicker it takes the rifle to fire. So. Which is it? I've been using my 77 wizard in PVP because it has a reasonable amount of mag size and into opinion shortest charge rate except for my PI that is a smidge shorter according to what I think charge rate means.
