Got my first Vex mythoclast today and..
I was a super hyped about it.. but then I remembered all the talk on the forums about how shitty is it after nerf..
It's a shame.. I tried it out right away obviously and it was defiantly lack luster in PVE..
But then I jumped into the crucible and I'd have to say that it was far superior than I expected it to be with a little precision aim you can do some serious damage in PVP..
My question is how do you think it should be buffed?
I myself would just say in PVE because I'd love to make this my go to gun but right now it's just missing that punch....

I received my second MythClast from Atheon yesterday. I really like it, especially in PVP, but for PVE they should buff the total number of rounds that can be carried. I see myself running outta ammo cuz this thing shoots alotta bullets very fast.

1 답변It's still a good gun. I like to use it in PVE and I still kill people in PVP. It is more of a precision weapon now though since the damage nerf because the headshot modifier is bigger. Before the nerf it was basically shooting in the general area and it would kill someone in PVP now you actually have to aim.

2 답변I got mine like 3 days ago and i was so pumped it looks sick i love to do patrols and bountys with it i hope they fix it soon hvnt tried it yet in the crucible

6 답변Before the buff in pve it was unstoppable. You could do no wrong with it. In crucible it was a three shot. A three shot! I don't want a pvp buff for it but it should be returned to its pve glory.

4 답변I got mine yesterday. Didn't realise for 3 hours until I checked the post master and found it sitting in there, whoops! Also got the ghorn from nightfall, I was very lucky haha.

5 답변Ive heard itll be buffed to its original power for pve not pvp, which is fine honestly. I recommend leveling it up all the way because in Iron Banner it wrecks, I would say it almost parallels pre-nerf mythoclast.

4 답변It's fun to use on everything but weekly 28, nightfall, and raid. One of the few primaries I use in crucible, they did a good job balancing it for crucible. Should have never changed anything on it for pve though. Hopefully they fix the pve side of it for the dlc, I could see it being a great weapon for wizards in the new raid if they did.

3 답변I actually got my first Vex about 2 hours ago. Leveling it up at the moment, not judging it completely until I get it to 300 ATT.

1 답변My biggest and only complaint is a PvE issue really... It's the total ammo capacity even after upgrading to the field scout or extended battery perk... Just isn't enough there, especially with juggler on. PvP, non issue because you spawn in with 104 shots plus you can pick up ammo everywhere and if you're using all 52 for a kill there is a serious problem with how you play PvP. Thing still wrecks, as long as you get headshots.

4 답변Im okay where it's at in pvp right now. don't really care if its amazing or not there. I like pvp and all, i just think it should at least be a superior pve weapon. It's decent in pvp, if you go for headshots and have stability scope. Outclassed by a ton of legendaries and exotics though. In pve atm its actually pretty good, I like how it tears through mobs of enemies at close/mid range with headshots. It just needs an ammo buff. That ammo capacity is nothing, you have to always be looking for some.

2 답변I had one before they patched it in PvP, holy crap was it a MONSTER. Two friends of mine got it in the hard raid yesterday, I got another copy so if trading ever becomes a thing I've got a buddy with his name on it. The Vex Mythoclast is disgusting in PvP if you look past the nerf. It is my goto gun and there is many ways to play with it. If I'm being challenged in PvP I make it more accurate and increase the stability, if the enemy team isn't great and I notice they're just running around I use the 56 rounds and just spray people with hot fire. It was my best gun for Iron Banner too.
