raided the vault for the first time tonight...
...and i honestly had so much more fun than i expected! met some players who were genuinely kind, talented, and patient - each of them was willing to help me out and point me and my maxed red death in the right direction!
to all you fellow noobs out there: jump on in, the water's fine!

1 답변When I take new raiders in I try to hold off explaining too much about each section until the first time everyone dies. Hearing everyone trying to figure out what's going on is always fun, especially when something unexpected happens ("What does the templar summons its legions mean?"). My favourite reactions are when people try to melee suplicants and the laughter that follows when they figure out what happened.

1 답변I always enjoy hearing this. Just last night I invited a guy I usually play with who had never done the raid before and he messaged after I switched characters for the hard raid. He said he enjoyed it a lot and wanted to start fresh and do it all. If you are on 360, anyone here can friend me for running through dailies,weekly's and the raid

3 답변I took a group of new guys through the vault tonight. We wiped a lot but it was fun. My patience was actually rewarded because I got my last piece of gear I need for level 30.

4 답변I'm highly experience in the vault. Doing the hard raid every week multiple times. Ill do normal to help others a well. Today my warlock which is level28. We went through the hard raid. Not only did i hold my own my friends and i realized. It's all About skill sure you may have to get teleported an extra time. But we did it. With me dying very little. Only 2 times i believe. That werent wipes. So. I'm giving anyone on ps4 a chance. If you ar inexperienced in the vault and need someone to help you. Simply shoot me a message. Ill add you. And me and my group will help you get experience. All i ask is. Pay it forward.

3 답변Hey! If you're on xbox 1 or anyone here and are having tough time finding raid groups just send me a message! I have 2 30s and a 29 and always try and take first timers to every raid! And well done on completing the vault :)))

1 답변I just did the Raid last Friday and had a blast. The best part of the game for sure. Playing it with good folks that help is a bonus!!

3 답변Yeah I had to do it a few times to finish it but it was worth it. Learnt a lot and made new friends that I've been doing strikes and raids with. Just need better gear to reach 30 though which is the hard part...

5 답변all the comments "alot of asshole groups" you do get that some of these groups just met up on the forum and same time as you just not everyone wants to carry people its fine when you can play but i seen a few guys like emmm what am i doing whats a conflux lol like really you have them in the story mode and in daily events its people like that no one wants to drag to the finish

1 답변Remembering back when we first did the Vault as a group of 6 friends and most of us where new to it with a couple who had experienced bits of it. We'd all read up about it, but the first trip was very much a learning expedition. It may of taken 3 hours and we didn't beat Atheon but it was a whole lot of fun to finally do something which required team work on a larger scale. The bits in between with the gorgons and jumping the canyon, when its your first time and you dont know what to do and are just working it out was a laugh. An hour was taken up just doing those parts, but it was filled with tears of laughter and mocking each others failures until we finally made it to Atheon. It served well to break up the gameplay before the final bit. Ofcourse, now those bits take all of 5 minutes, but its nice to look back where it all started.

Have been invited into it twice before and have done the first section up to the Templar but not got any further, and then joined a group that was on Atheon already, but again I didn't really know what to do. Picked up bits as I went and have read up a lot on how it all worked, but still a bit nervous about going through it as I don't want to mess someone else's group up! Dug the mic thing out the Playstation box so I'm all set :) If anyone does have some patience to help me, then would love to do it. Pretty competent solo player and PvP, level 29 hunter. I have Gjallarhorn as well if that helps!

2 답변Oh man I am so excited for you! Me and my buddies held off on raiding for so long until we all were ranked high to keep the game fresh and man, the first time we ran it, it was a blast. Honestly it still is lol I'm happy for you

9 답변did you finish it? I tried it 2 weeks in a row when I first started playing it and couldnt finish the boss Slightly different story now though lol Ive met a few really nice guys online and on the forums, but Ive also played with a few douche bags too

3 답변How was the Red Death in the VoG? Last time I was in a raid I used Suros Regime, the same raid I got red death from a chest. I still haven't completed the raid.
