This is not a troll or fanboy thread. I am making this thread for those who are getting extremely bored of playing Destiny. Destiny is very repetitive, and if you are tired of playing Destiny like me then you must be looking for a game to replace Destiny. Well my suggestion is FarCry 4. Please keep in mind that i am not a FarCry fanboy, this is my first ever FarCry game that i have played. And to be honest, FarCry 4 makes Destiny look like complete shit. Here are my personal reasons on why i think FarCry 4 is better than Destiny. [b]1.) Campaign[/b] FarCry 4's campaign is AMAZING. FarCry actually has a story unlike Destiny. FarCry 4's campaign is more immersive, alot less repetitive and more fun overall. You can tackle objectives in many different ways which kills any repetitiveness. The story also makes sense. There is a protagonist and antagonist with character development. Destiny on the other hand has no story at all, i don't care what anyone says. The story of Destiny is almost non-existent in game. The story missions are extremely repetitive, it is always the exact same concept. Destiny's campaign is also very non immersive. I can go on and on of how bad Destiny's campaign is, but you have most likely already played it, so i don't need to go in to much detail on how horrible it is. [b]2.)Open world.[/b] FarCry 4's open world is amazing. It really feels like a living breathing world filled with wild life and AI that you can interact with. Not to mention, FarCry 4's open world is bigger than all of Destiny's world maps COMBINED, yes i said COMBINED. There are also alot more things you can do in FarCry 4's open world. Things are always happening in the world even if you are not in the area. It is literally a living breathing world. Destiny feels like a complete ghost town. The only thing you can interact with in Destiny is enemy AI and closed -blam!-ing doors. [b]3.)Map Editor[/b] Map Editor in FarCry 4 is AMAZING. If you are unfamiliar with FarCry's Map Editor, basically it is a mode where you can CREATE your own maps. Yes, you read it right. You can literally create your own living breathing PVE or PVP maps from scratch. This means that players can generate there own content for the game. There is a huge selection of building and AI models that you can do with as you please. You can create your own Outpost that you could defend from enemies or you can make your own challenging outpost that you can try to liberate. There are no limits on what you can do with this Map creator. But Destiny on the other hand.... Yea... no. [b]4.)Really worth the $60[/b] FarCry 4 is really worth the $60 in my opinion, unlike Destiny. Destiny has really lacked in content at launch. It made me realize that Destiny was definitely not worth the $60 in my opinion. Most of Destiny's content that was suppose to be available to us at launch was locked off then it could be sold to us later in DLC (Developer Locked Content). It obviously wasn't Bungie's primary intention to locked the content seeing as some of the locked content were shown in Destiny trailers before launch. I could go into huge detail about that subject but i rather not for the time being. Unlike Destiny, there is always something new to do or play in FarCry 4. including the player generated content that i mentioned earlier. You will never feel a lack of content while playing FarCry 4. [b]5.)FUN![/b] Overall, FarCry fun is VERY fun. It never fills like a grind unlike Destiny. Destiny's end-game is pretty much just RNG and Grinding for gear while repeating the same strikes and story missions every -blam!-ing time! How could you possibly have fun with that? FarCry is just pure fun and never boring. And it's challenging in a fun way. If you have been looking for a game to replace the bullshit that is Destiny, well i suggest FarCry 4. I can guarantee you will have a great time playing it. And i know there are gonna be some Destiny fanboys attacking me in the comment section. My only question to you guys is why do you still play Destiny? Do you find grinding for materials and gear fun?
