All these threads, tweets, and Facebook posts and such begging you to fix the connection issues plaguing your player base. Its affecting multiple systems that we know of. Instead of providing actual support and, oh, I don't know, fixing the problem, you have a couple of "forum guys" provide support that is useless in that all they can do is give links to help pages that don't solve the issue. If you ACTUALLY DO CARE about your player base you will fix this, and provide the affected users (or all if needed) with some sort of compensation for ignoring such glaring issues and sticking your heads in the sand or sending Deej out to make more happy happy posts ignoring the issues while you instead add more problems to the game. Don't like the way the post reads Bungie? Then FIX THE PROBLEMS. If its overloaded servers, then add more. If its a bad ISP, get another. If its an overloaded ISP link, add more bandwidth. If its something being worked on, TELL US.
