So today I saw a charity level 30
So I was at the Tower earlier and when I arrived I saw someone who I thought was level 30 standing on top of the one building, as if trying to get recognition. I went up there, took a look and saw he had on the welfare boots and gloves from the Iron Banner!!
My stomach instantly churned and I went back down, and met up with two other (real) level 30s and we were checking out each other's gear. This welfare level 30 comes down and approaches us, but we kept walking away lol I think we all recognized he was a welfare recipient.
I feel bad for those who grinded very very hard for your raid gear and NannyBungie turns around and hands it out with minimal effort. And loss tokens! Bahahahaha.
Edit: WELFARE IB GEAR CAME INTO EXISTENCE FOR ONE REASON AND ONE REASON ONLY....CRYING AND CRYING TO BUNGIE IN POST AFTER POST AFTER POST AFTER POST AFTER POST AFTER POST AFTER POST ON THESE VERY FORUMS FROM DEPRESSED 29 CRYBABIES. YOU CRIED TO NANNYBUNGIE AND THEY GAVE YOU CHARITY.

What's everyone's average time taken to level to rank 5? Over 12 hours of straight play? Been raiding for about 8 weeks at about 1.5 hours per clear for hardmode. So I'd actually say Ib takes longer just to get 2p. And you're fighting people vs ai so it's not like it's a fkn free food stamp they go cash in. I say hell yea to the people grinding IB. You've easily put in as much time/effort as the rest of us with 30s. Grats on your boots/gloves. Now git yer asses in the crucible so I can shoot em off! 😀

Why are we concerned about how someone got to level 30? I want more level 30's in my raid group for the dlc. I dont care how you got to level 30, all I care is if you can you can have an appropriate damage output for the raid. Also, to all of you who are going to say "dont listen to him, he prob just has IB gear." Why dont you check my profile and get back to me.

People don't like the pure and simple fact the ONLY reason this charity gear exists was due to QQ and thread after thread of salty 29 tears to Bungie. I've worked for 2 months to get the raid gauntlets and I still didn't get them. So I had the alternative of IB, took me 6 days to get them damn things. Plus hours to upgrade them. If you have never played any other MMO with a PVP and PvE gearing system, you astonish me with your pointless bickering. You being in raid gear, is what I call "charity" gear.

You're making a terrible assumption that's making you look like an invalid (no I'm not saying you are an invalid, though you are trying REALLY hard for me not to think so). Raid gear doesn't make you any better than someone who has IB gear to get to lvl 30. IB gear is earned and Raid is pure RNG luck so don't think you're hot shite. SOOO many PvPer's complained to Bungie that the Raid was the only way to get to 30, a PvE event, which didn't include those that only did Multiplayer. Bungie listened to the community and found a way to get them to lvl 30 as well. Think logically about these kinds of things before making a post like this. Especially when you're wrong in the end.

3 답변Get over yourself. Real 30s? No real 30s complete the HARD raid. Real 30s endure through god awful destiny PvP until they can get boots and gauntlets that are expensive. Real 30? No you're just a cry baby that can't be special anymore.

I have to say I think IB is more effort than the raid for the casual player. I've attempted the raid twice and never completed and got boots from a chest. I played IB non stop all weekend and haven't even got to rank 3 with him yet. It's just an alternative way to get to 30 and I think its good that they've added another way.

Do know that there are some players like me who were lvl 30 and played IB just to get some different gear I love the raid gear but after so long it's nice to have some variety to my guardians wardrobe. Not saying you did or didn't but kinda a D*** move without seeing if he was in the same boat.
