Hi Bungie, I have been having an off and on issue with my game world being totally unpopulated by other players, and this extends to matchmaking. This has been super frustrating during IB, especially when trying to use the buff I paid a more of light for. Not only that, but the game world itself feels dead and empty. Usually I just leave it be and it returns to normal within a day or so, but it's been happening often enough, and during the IB event, that it's ruining my experience a little. Help? Thanks, Kemmin
