As fate would have it...
I manage to grind to level 4 in the banner, then grind out the banner gauntlets to max.
The gauntlets (sigh of relief).
Gauntlets are what I have been missing for 2 months now. Stuck at 29 3/4 for what feels like as long as I can remember.The last piece holding me back from the supremacy of being level 30.
So I finally hit level 30, thanks to the banner grind.
I step foot into the hardmode VoG raid for the first time as a level 30.
First drop off oracles? Raid gauntlets.

Same thing happened to me with boots on my titan, been raiding on my titan since week one... I was already rank 3 I walked right up bought them upgraded all the way and first item that dropped in vog tue..... f'in boots.

3 답변yeah, it's clearly not RNG, only boots dropping for me at the moment, not gauntlets, and surprisingly they have the gauntlets at a higher IB rank level to get

Almost happened to cause I played iron banner for a bit cause I needed the boots. I got to lvl 2 when my friends wanted to do the raid. I got raid boots after gatekeeper so that saved me from doing anymore iron banner on that character.

4 답변Is there a point to go beyond lvl 4 in the Banner? Was thinking that since I got both pieces of armor I should start taking my other character to lvl 4. I already have the shaders from the last time around.

Im calling it now, I have a 30 titan and warlock, 29 and 3/4 hunter, boots is all ive been after for ages, im gonna grind to rank 3 on IB today, tuesday hard mode raid, anyone wanna have a guess as to what I am gonna get? The RNG system needs a sharp refine, its basically a middle finger to those who work so hard for so long in the hope they can earn rewards.

ROFL. Don't it make you want to slap RNGesus silly? Take heart though. One YouTuber who was in your same situation. JUST couldn't get the gauntelts he need to drop. When the finally did for him, he GOT THREE OF THEM as drops in the same hard mode run.... Go figure.

1 답변Odd....same EXACT thing happened to two separate guys in our clan last night, gloves for one and boots for the other. One stuck at two months the other at 9 weeks (approx.). This was mere hours after their personal marathons to ranks 3 and 4 in the banner for the gear they needed.

1 답변Took me over 150 hours to get my Titan to 30 because of the boots. The funny thing is my Warlock was level 30 after 50 hours :P
