As fate would have it...
I manage to grind to level 4 in the banner, then grind out the banner gauntlets to max.
The gauntlets (sigh of relief).
Gauntlets are what I have been missing for 2 months now. Stuck at 29 3/4 for what feels like as long as I can remember.The last piece holding me back from the supremacy of being level 30.
So I finally hit level 30, thanks to the banner grind.
I step foot into the hardmode VoG raid for the first time as a level 30.
First drop off oracles? Raid gauntlets.

I did the opposite! So I do the IB and am preparing to buy the gauntlets. My friend invites me telling me that he's about to do a VoG normal run. I joined him, and get the gauntlets from the Templar. I probably will buy the Iron Banner gauntlets since it'd make me look a bit different from others... plus they're freaking sick.

All this time i have never recieved the BOOTS OR GAUNTLETS. Besides getting the helmut and vex mythoclast 4 times and found verdict 7 times i still never got the boots or gloves to rank up to level 30. Along comes IRON BANNER with level 30 gear.....AWESOME!!!! So like many of you i grind the hell out of it....Finally reached RANK 3 AND PURCHASED THE BOOTS. Super stoked. Well soon as i purchased the boots i got an invite from a clan member to do the hard raid last night. so i accept. i needed a break from the unfair laggy iron banner anyway!...... As soon as we killed the templar i recieved 2 PAIRS OF BOOTS (KABRS FORCEFUL GREAVES) It kinda felt like bungie giving me the middle finger.....! like oh, you grinded for hours to get level 30 boots that we would never ever give you IN VAULT OF GLASS cause were busy giving you the same bullshit items over and over and over....but wait.... since you finally got your level 30 boots after hours of glitchy iron banner BS...., we'll give 2 more exact same pairs of boots on the raid since you technically dont need them! AND WELL GIVE THEM TOO YOU AT THE EXACT SAME TIME so you get the message!!!!!! like who does the raid and at the end get 2 of the exact same item? and under these pretenses? please chime in if you have had a simaller experience... conspiracy?

i feel that pain once i hit level 30 i want some of the raid guns out of every week so far that i have run i get energy and shards for the most part but good old atheon all he gives me is chatterwhite... week after week chatterwhite, so the good thing is this week i dont have to worry about getting chatterwhite, cause i am trying to kill a motherF... Dragon!!! i have gone to dragon age and man its nice when start a fight with a dragon and you die in one fireball!! peace destiny i may be back when the darkness rises.

22 답변It's not surprising at all. I guess you didn't see the recent story that broke. It turns out that most of the $500 mil in development cost went into developing the loot "RNG" system. It's not RNG at all, but a complex algorithm that evaluates all items currently owned by a player and all items that have been sharded in the past to make sure that, if you do get a drop, it's either a duplicate of what you already have or something it knows you don't need. At the same time, it cross references the worst performing players in your group to make sure they get the systems best guess of what you desperately want, but secretly don't know they don't actually need. It really is cutting edge in the field of artificial intelligence, but they are finding that the server resources required to support it at the level of accuracy they desire are causing frequent player disconnects. On the upside, with some tweaks to make sure disconnects happens at the end of solo Nightfalls and Iron Banner matches, this has allowed them to shift development resources away from their Disconnect Deployment unit to their Raid Bug Implementation unit, further increasing corporate profitability.

OMG lol. I haven't hopped into the raid yet as a level 30 but I was in your shoes as well. I was missing the Raid Boots for 2 months and I just got them from IB. Meanwhile my ALT made level 30 in just TWO NORMAL raids. Now I have two level 30s and a 29 alt. I feel so much more complete now!
