I'm getting huge framerate dips in game (even in the tower) after the 1.0.3 patch (on Xbox One). This is most prevalent in Crucible. Skirmish was mostly good with BIG drops every once in a while. Control was almost slow motion the entire time. Every once in a while in the tower, it dips as well. I saw a post about it happening in raid as well. Are you getting this? What's your system and when does it happen? Edit: Bungie acknowledged the issue and said it's related to Party Chat: https://twitter.com/bungie/status/534835532782530560 They say to use fireteam chat until they can fix the issue.
