It's supposedly the hardest weapon to get in destiny yet it's extremely under powered. Bungie was supposed to make it seem a little bit less over powered. They did a terrible job. It's garbage now. I wasn't even that excited when I got it. It's average for pve and not that of a great help for pvp. Now about that supposed buff. It took a few cry babies for bungie to nerf it but no news from them about the buff. It's been a while now. The shadow price and the suros are definitely way better that the VM and you can get them super easily. Looks like people at bungie have no ideas what they're doing, you should have sticked with Halo.
