People still play this?
There are like 5 cutscenes in this game. Considering how short the "story" is, this is a massive con. These missions have:
-Dull exposition (poor voice acting IMO)
-SUPER repetitive sequences which include fighting waves of enemies and opening doors.
-Hardly any explanation as to what's happening and why. You get to the end of the mission and he mentions something interesting eg. The Buried City mission where he mentions Rasputin, an AI Warmind. For Xbox players; this means nothing considering we have to wait a WHOLE
F U C K I N G YEAR till we can continue that little 'story'. Even after the Strike (which I've seen via a walkthrough) you get almost zero explanation as to what's going on.
-A boss battle with a reskinned/renamed familiar enemy with identical movements and attacks. These PATHETIC "bosses" include Zydron the massive Minotaur, Prohibitive Mind the renamed Minotaur, Bracus Tha'aurn & Bracus Tha'aurg the renamed Centaurians, Primus Shaull the bigger Centaurian, Telthor the renamed Ogre, Gotra the renamed Wizard, Xyor the renamed wizard and so many more that I won't be listing (it'll take all day).
The Strikes do the same thing with waves of enemies and door opening, the Dust Palace strike is the biggest example of this. Sepik's Prime is a big Servitor, Phogoth is a big Ogre, Omnigul is a reskinned Wizard, Sekrion is a larger Hydra with slight redlining, Aksor is an Archon Priest (who are pretty much bigger Captains), The Flayer Psions are Psions with a different head design and as with all these "bosses" have more health, Valus Ta'aurc is a Colossus. These are all bullet sponge bosses with no different strategies used to defeat them.
We thought the Raid would be different. The mechanics and strategies were alright but the enemies were, as always, pathetic.
Praetorians are Minotaurs. Fanatics are Goblins without heads that have a green gas effect. Templar is a reskinned Hydra with a 360 shield. Gorgons are blue Harpies. Supplicants are Harpies that explode. Aetheon is a giant reskinned Minotaur with a slightly different pose: putting his arm in the air like a statue.
The patrol missions are pathetic, the bounties are pathetic, the FREE "events" are pathetic.
This whole game is pathetic.

2 답변I don't understand why people who dislike a game, go to the forum and post about how much they dislike a game. Every game I've disliked I've just stopped playing and sold it on. It wouldn't even cross my mind to post on a forum about it.

7 답변As butthurt as this rant seems to be, he kindy has a point (in a David Spade voice). If you care to actually look at and examine what you do and who you fight, its actually pretty pathetic. I was told earlier that some of the bosses are actually copies of other mobs from a different game (Vanguard Saga). Its hard to not think that this game is nothing but a copy and paste of several different other games. With that all said, I still play and like the game. The gameplay is perfect imo and if they actually listen to the players and implement some ideas, this game can be sort of epic...:-/

Your whole complaint was pathetic. If you dont like it dont play it and just trade/sell/break and leave the forums. No one else here really cares if you dont like the game and it was not exactly what you expected it to be. And yes people still play the game for even though you dont like it others do and find it fun to play.

1 답변Everything you said is true but the mechanics of this game are rock solid and I really like playing this with friends. Also beating Atheon for the first time with other people is a really cool experience. I love destiny despite its flaws.
