Exotics vs. Legendaries
Of course upgrades and looks and sounds exotics take it but for performance some legendary weapons take the draw what are your thoughts?

My personal opinion about exotics is that they should be weapons and armor that grow and evolve along with the character. For instance, as the character levels go up with the subsequent expansions and additional skill trees are added, it should also be the same with exotics. They are the rarest of items and I think it would suck that as we progress over the years to level 40 and beyond if these guns just start collecting dust in the vault because they just stopped being effective. I think exotics should grow as the character does. How cool would it be to at some point level 50 or something like that and as time went on a gun like Thorn (just as an example) was also leveled up and now had additional powers? And as the weapon grows, it becomes even more badass looking also through its continued use and evolution.

2 답변Some legendaries are good but where there is a good legendary there is a more powerful exotic...Vanquisher VII is a great auto rifle but the Suros Regime is better than it even if it's only by a margine. Hezen Vengeance is also a good rocket launcher but the Gjallahorn is outclassing it. As goes for the snipers compared to Icebreaker and Patience and time.

1 답변They've confirmed they're buffing exotics, because as of right now they're pretty much on the same par in terms of stats, not abilities. Of course taking things like firerate and reload speed into consideration would have to be done specifically, I wouldn't put all legendaries into one category and vice versa.
