On behalf on Deej, Grow up!
Edit: I want to make it very clear that there is a fine line between negative feedback/constructive criticism and downright hateful, abusive and disrespectful comments towards Bungie/Deej. If you fall into the second category, this is directed at you. If not, then I'm right there with you.
I actually feel sorry for Deej. He's in a position where he has to act in an extremely professional manner to an extremely unprofessional portion of community.
A position where anything and everything he says can and will be used against him. A position where every word is being twisted and interpreted in all sorts of different ways, scrutinised to every extent.
He can only sit back and watch as the players he's trying to help are rallying against him, yelling "Liar!" And "Traitor" Powerless to retaliate.
He's in a battle he cannot win. Such a painful irony that the Bungie employee with the biggest voice to the community is the least heard.. I can only imagine what he's really feeling, what he'd really like to say.
But I'm going to take this opportunity to speak for him. Scrutinise me. Report me. Ban me. I couldn't care less.
-blam- each and every single one of you little whiny brats. You need to grow up and realise DeeJ is not the enemy, he doesn't have the power to fix the game in an instant, and he's not responsible for what the Devs do or don't do with their own game! It's impossible to please everyone in terms of what should and shouldn't be changed, and while your opinions matter don't expect the feedback from a 12 year old to influence major game changes.
You also can't expect Bungie to fix server issues in an instant. It just doesn't work like that, the majority of you have no idea how these sort of things work, how complex it is, but it is extremely evident that THEY ARE WORKING ON IT.
Then you all biitch oh but they promised this they promised that... What you need to understand is that Bungie only has limited labour resources to distribute, and therefore they need to prioritise their work load accordingly. What's more important? Spending hours testing and adjusting the thorn or fixing crucial server issues preventing a multitude of players from even logging in?
On the behalf of Deej, grow the -blam- up, bogans of the Destiny community.

He's a person making valid points and telling you how things really work in the development team. He's defending DeeJ because he really is trying to make the game better, but he can't listen to [i]all[/i] of your feedback. Especially when most of it is abusive criticism instead of constructive. I barely play Destiny now, but it's never going to get better if you guys can't stop complaining instead of suggesting ways to improve it. [i]Rational[/i] ways to improve it.

4 답변I agree with you completely. This game compared to the release of wod is a dream. Just be thankful you have a game to play. Us wow players can't even play our game. Being forced to wait in queues of 6 - 12 hours, to get in to finally play. Just to get dc'd to be forced to sit in the same long ass queue again. The concept and mechanics of destiny are amazing. And if any long time gamer can remember. Games that don't follow the mold for a specific genre usually fail. But i see and feel the potential this game has.

Critcism? Fine. Questioning business practise? HEALTHY. Frustration? Understandable, especially if problems are being experienced. Flat out abuse? Makes me sad. That is the only point I can agree on here. More needs to be done to curb that, else more CMs will go the route of Tina Palacios and shut themselves off.

The game is missing alot of content mister fanboy (Just saying) and ofcourse there's always gonna be excuses for everything a gaming compagny does or doesnt do but at the end of the day they get a nice pay-check so do your efffing job aight?

18 답변I would agree with being polite, but he and many of the employees open their mouth to say something, and later turns out to be wrong. I imagine that their version of destiny is amazing, I honestly think their version is the best, because their version has everything players have been asking for. They will most likely release a lot of content with their DLC's, so their DLC's are actually worth buying. It makes perfect sense, why try to make huge expansion packs that push the developers to the edge, when you can just release a minimal amount of actual gameplay with content the players need to have an extraordinary Destiny experience. Watch in amazement as my prediction comes to pass, as all the Patches are used to test the new gear vs the current gear. If you notice all the changes seem to have missing factors in the equations. They seem to be trying to make some of their weapons seem more and more powerful, while keeping the players occupied with almost obvious mistakes in their tweaking.

4 답변We need to sue Activision and Bungie for fraud and lying. These companies are trying to go around issues that gets other companies in trouble. Unlike a real life product (like a car), video games have almost no physical real life impact (other than photo-sensitive seizures, which can happen), that can make them accountable for their product. General Motors was sued heavily because it lied about a flaw in their models that caused real deaths. With video games, there is no physical impact like that, and it is extremely difficult to figure out correct costs based on content. Bungie and Activision believe they are taking advantage of this by doing a poor job on the game. Apparently they believe that we are dumber than we really are. They have these "terms of use" contracts to keep it, in their mind, legally impossible for us to sue them or make them accountable. Politics is becoming a factor in these issues.
