Everyone is complaining so much about destiny. South in fact that they are missing all of the good thing and replacing them with bad things they have heard from others.
1) Destiny DOES have a story.
Play through the game again and listen to what's going on.
2) The PvP is better then CoD.
If you disagree go back to being killed by a camper with an AR.
3) VoG is supposed to be hard.
If you can't handle it go get better gear
If you think it's too easy stop pushing enemy's of cliffs
4) The game play mechanics are smooth
I could say more but I'll just let you argue over this.

2 답변작성자: Chimpleton 11/9/2014 8:33:12 PMThe exo jet boost really changes the dynamic of the COD multiplayer. It is actually pretty fun again, but Destiny's pvp is pretty great also.

1 답변No, cod is better than the crucible. The crucible is miserable. I'd gladly go back to cod for competitive multiplayer. I really loved crysis 2's multiplayer an it looks like cod took a lot of the movment mechanics from crysis.

If you disagree go back to being killed by a camper with an AR.
I was unaware that Call of Duty was a Scifi shooter. Also, I get killed by campers with fusion rifles/shotguns so what is your point?
4) The game play mechanics are smooth
Sure if you aren't being kicked to orbit, lagging around even playing by yourself in PVE, having frame rate tanking and acceleration, and don't get nauseated by the field of view locked at what appears to be 70 degrees.

1 답변In my opinion, I disagree with just about all of those things. The only one I almost agree with is smooth gameplay, too bad I'm always getting kicked out by the whole friggin zoo.

I don't mean to be cocky but if you aren't an idiot VoG is a breeze on normal. And if you have at least 4 level 30's then it's also easy as hell on hard. Ran through it from start to finish on hard last night in just under an hour and got my 3rd mythoclast and 7th time breaker smh.

1 답변You think the Vault of Glass is hard? Sure, it can be difficult if you don't know how to run it, but once you memorize the mechanics and enemy patterns (HA!) then it becomes super easy. Adding a random teleport adds NOTHING to the challenge. It's only a cheap way to add difficulty by making things more frustrating. And let's not get started on all the bugs and glitches in the raid.

Got it. You are right, everyone is wrong, and this is the best game ever made and ever will be made. Sorry op, your opinions and views do not count as facts. You are not the only one entitled to an opinion. Love Destiny though, but it's far from perfect. Haven't played AW mp, but Destiny's PvP sucks imo. But that's why I'm getting Halo MCC. Destiny for PvE, MCC for mp.
1) Destiny DOES have a story. Play through the game again and listen to what's going on.
I have played through the game, 3 times straight, and multiple times on every single mission... and the "story" is so disjointed... basically, the story that's related is a development outline that was never fleshed out. It jumps from one point to the next with no transitions, no explanations, it's not clean, not finished. The Rasputin side storyline is more flashed out than the main storyline. Sad.
2) The PvP is better then CoD. If you disagree go back to being killed by a camper with an AR.
CoD PvP has its issues with campers, but the real skill is ultimately in hardcore modes, which Destiny doesn't have. How many times have you been using a fully upgraded legendary or exotic assault rifle only to have another player charge right at you and one shot you with a rare shotgun? That's crap.
3) VoG is supposed to be hard. If you can't handle it go get better gear If you think it's too easy stop pushing enemy's of cliffs
Agreed, but... pushing Aetheon off the cliff is as much of a viable tactic in reality as anything else. The Devs said they were creating a world and wanted to see how we played it. Then they got butthurt and decided to dictate to us how to play it. The raid should be hard... but it shouldn't be impossible. AND... they also put an achievement into the game for completing a raid without anyone dying. All achievements should be achievable by the average player. The ability to push a boss off a cliff makes that achievement more achievable.
4) The game play mechanics are smooth
I've not seen any arguments that they're not. The biggest issues have been the lack of a coherent story, the lack of unique content, and the laxidasical approach by the devs to timely fixes to both gameplay and server bugs. Frankly, the game was advertised as something it's not. And Bungie has appointed only one person to be the go-between to the player community and the manufacturer, which has created an information bottleneck going both ways, plus, the developer has no remorse for selling a game that doesn't even come close to comparing to what was advertised.

@1: noone is co plaining that there is NO story, they are all complaining about the shitty narration .. its like a nice "Storyidea" but thrown at you in puny subtitles read by dinklebot and random cards.. @2: no idea, dont play PvP normally. @3: VoG isnt hard at all, just need to Know the tricks and need to have the appropriate weapons.. @4: its still missing a lot.. jetpacks are an excuse for not wanting to cope with the environment.. =)

Everyone ? When you make a moaning thread, don't drag us people who enjoy the game for what it is, SOME of us play the game and love it. A few of us don't make threads moaning and whinging about this and that. Choose your words better next time instead of dragging us down to your level.

I stopped at one, if you call that a story then you are sadly mistaken, you will probably think the following story is capable of being a NYT best seller as well.
I ate Mexican, then I got the shits. I could tell you what I did once I got the shits but I don't have time to explain why i don't have time to explain.
^^^^^better story than destiny

Dude don't even waste your time with these posts. Most of these people have been playing the game since launch and are STILL crying. There is some wrong with their brain receptors. When we're all kids, we all figured out what pain. We touched a hot stove at one point and never did it again or something else. Either we experienced something bad or painful and our brains told us not to do it any longer. The way these people cry and curse and "scream" about this game makes it seem like they are in pain but won't stop doing the thing that causes the pain. Just idiots. If this game is really gonna be 10 yrs. I can't wait. Haven't put another video game in my PS4 since its launch

4 답변1) no. See Dick and Jane in 1st grade was more of a story. 2) no. This is is all subjective, but at least in CoD tactics mattered. Here, no. shotgun, super, shotgun, super, shotgun, super, SUROS, shotgun, super,..... 3) It was already enough. Making rage changes after people show them where once again they didn't ACTUALLY play test anything makes them look ridiculous. 4) This is the only one you got right. The PvP mechanics are the only thing that made this game playable this long.

2 답변I have put days into the game. I still enjoy and look forward to the weekly reset. Wondering what the nightfall will be and what I will get. My raid group still enjoys the raid. I have not hunted down every last ghost out there. I love exploring the maps. Racing the sparrows with my fireteam trying to flip each other is great. PVP with a fire team is great. Blasting everyone with my nova bomb while defending a control point is ridiculously entertaining. Using a shotgun exclusively after the forum whining started is quite satisfying. (Yup that was me with both primary and special shotguns). So far this game has given me more entertainment for my money than any other game I have bought. Would I want more strikes, stories, raids? Sure. Near field communication and strike / crucible team mic support. Absolutely. Will they come? In time.

4 답변작성자: Polska013 11/9/2014 4:42:21 PM1) Story has about 5 cutscenes which tell nothing. The story starts "you've been dead for a while" 2) If you think this multiplayer is good I feel so sorry for you. 90% of the time the only kills I see on the killfeed are shotguns and fusion rifles. Just as much camping on this game if not more. 3) VoG takes less than an hour to finish just to get shards. 4) The game runs on 30 fps it will never be smoother.

22 답변Well I suppose I'll offer my opinion on these points. 1) Agreed, Destiny does have a story. However, it is very shallow and skims over many points on interests that could be delved into further. Instead of requiring players to log onto computers and read grimoire cards, they should have them displayed randomly on load screens, like Skyrim did with some of its history and information. Let's be honest, even with listening to all the dialogue, you can run through the entire story in less than a day comfortably. 2) If your basis for the multiplayer being better, is solely based on camping, then I think you have lucked out with the people in your lobby. I have played against plenty of "campers" in the crucible. I believe the reason you think camping is not possible in this game is because of the ever present radar, which I find to be a hindrance. Say my style of gameplay is to flank opposing teams. With a 50 foot, 360 degree constant radar system being active, it really limits that possibility. Now as far as camping is concerned, in most cases, I prefer to call it sniping. In any FPS game you have Rushers, Snipers, Assassins, etc. , basically a style of gameplay you are most comfortable with. The thing with Destiny and their radar system, they are forcing you to play the game THEY want it to be played. Why on earth would someone run around with a sniper as their secondary, only to be outgunned by the fusion or shotgun? Because keeping your distance and using the sniper as it was designed to be used is called camping? 3) The VoG is supposed to be hard, but the general idea behind it, it's basically a battle between your team and the enemy. Now I am not a VoG specialist and I only think I started playing it once, but had to run out somewhere, but I don't see what the issue was with pushing him off the cliff. It's like any battle, you use the environment to your advantage. The cliff is part of the environment, so why not use it to help you defeat this incredibly strong adversary? Let's say you are playing the Nexus strike, at the end boss should you not use the pillars as a shield between yourself and the enemies blasts? Of course not. 4) Yes, the game runs extremely well. But with the advances in technology, I can't remember a game I recently played where this wasn't true. There are issues with time it takes to bring up your own personal menu in strikes/raids which is irritating. The staleness of bounties and patrol missions on the other hand, that is just an area where new things need to be offered
