Everyone is complaining so much about destiny. South in fact that they are missing all of the good thing and replacing them with bad things they have heard from others.
1) Destiny DOES have a story.
Play through the game again and listen to what's going on.
2) The PvP is better then CoD.
If you disagree go back to being killed by a camper with an AR.
3) VoG is supposed to be hard.
If you can't handle it go get better gear
If you think it's too easy stop pushing enemy's of cliffs
4) The game play mechanics are smooth
I could say more but I'll just let you argue over this.

It would also be cool if we could get some huge world events too. Like a week long strike run where it affects the world as a whole. Maybe have tiered rewards based on how many kills you have through the week. And a global counter where if the Guardians do enough throughout the week everyone who participated gets a reward. However if the community doesn't meet a threshold something negative happens to the Guardians as a whole. Like XP or Rep gains are halved for a week, as a result of the ongoing war between the Guardians and the forces of darkness.

6 답변You left out the part that every single daily can be completed within an hour, maybe two. Every weekly can be completed within an hour or week reset. Can play through the VoG on hard on three characters within three hours. That's a total of 11 hours of content a week, maybe 15 if you're not so great at Crucible. Then it's back to grinding for...?

5 답변I love how you mentioned the first part. I played with friends the first time through and COMPLETELY missed points of the story, when I went back through, more of the dots connected and everything seemed to make more sense. The story is nowhere near finished yet, I think what we're witnessing is the "first level" of any video game. You know, the level in many rpgs where you learn the controls, what to expect from enemies, the different characters, etc. The Dark Below, though seemingly short, may end up shocking everyone and be a pretty long experience overall, or it may be that the entire first game will take on the "first level" stance. Though I'd like to see more actual developement in plot, as long as Destiny 2 gets the ball rolling by going headfirst into the action and story, I can accept this game to be an extremely fun and addicting shooter/rpg with minimal plot.

I am not a writer but I could in a day very easily come up with a more fleshed out and dramatic story than the one it took Bungie 5 years to write. It is absolutely pathetic. ~ we're in space, we're in the future, "light" is good, "dark" is bad, here's a ball it's called Traveller, you're dead, you're alive, protect the Dinklebot, some things have happened at some time, kill Fallen, kill Hive, see a stranger, kill Vex, see a queen, something about Rasputin, get a gate lord's head, it's still alive, kill Cabal, visit a garden, did we win? Speeches. Onward to DLC. What the game does have is immense character and superb mechanics. The armour and weapon variety and progression are also very good. The raid is not hard but it is challenging. Teamwork and effort are required and the mechanics of the raid are fresh and well designed. However, the game is repetitive, the world is empty and small. Every game system is there to limit you and hold you back (currency limit, credit limit, inventory limit, raid limit, bounty limit, etc). Even special events such as queen's bounties and iron banner are just the same things in a different way. I love Destiny, I am really addicted to it but it feels like it could have been so so much more. Bungie just had a very small vision for the game and the trend today is grand scope. Open world games which provide a sense of freedom are the best, whether it's WoW, Eveonline, Far Cry, Grand Theft Auto, Minecraft, etc it's all about giving the player freedom. By comparison, Destiny is the straight jacket of video games.

There is no story bub, try again. Sure you get tiny morsels of story but there's only questions and not answers. Why did you die? Why was the Ghost looking for you specifically? We can assume on things sure but I didn't buy the game to fill in the blanks myself. Like with Xenosaga I expected to be dragged into a world of wonder and terror. Knowing who people are, and what they're about, creates a love and hate relationship. It's hard to care about someone you know zip about. Take the queen for example. I love how intellectual and philosophical she is, yet beyond that we are given no information. Nor an explination on how the Winter House decided to follow her after we killed their Kell. I was under the impression that Fallen don't follow other species.

작성자: Tosevite 187 11/15/2014 7:02:12 PM1. Explain to me what the darkness is. Explain to me what the queen wants. Explain why we killed the bosses. Explain to me what we accomplished through out the entire story. Don't refer to those stupid cards either because they are not in the actual game. 2. PVP is alright. I played a lot of it but the fact of the matter is the maps are all similar in design (minus the two big maps which both play exactly the same too) and there are 2 playlist options team slayer and rumble. It's a bungie game and try have essentially no playlist options?! Go play literally any halo and you'll have a better PVP experience. 3. The VoG is supposed to be hard but it's pretty easy. Just be properly leveled for it and the first two times through it might be a little difficult as you're learning it but thankfully bungie makes sure you need to play it through 15x to collect raid gear. So by the time you hit level 30 it's just a 45 min easy mission 4. I can't argue this. This is partially why I played so much PVP despite the utter lack of variety

작성자: FIRSTx2xKILL95 11/9/2014 10:41:59 PMI enjoy destiny. But I still feel it could have a better story well at least something I wouldn't have to spend time going back and fourth between the game as gimoire cards. I like the PvP I enjoy it more then cod by cod is a multiplayer based game so that's your personal opinion as well as mine but I pay both so I don't care. Vog is suppose to be hard.? I guess idk about that. My clan and I can rush it without dropping any boss. But why not we're not planning on spending an hour just to get shards And raid gear I already have I only need boots and I've been playing for a while so it sucks that I would have to make another Warnock to double my chances almost two months and still nothing so why not drop him:) it's just as much fun:) and besides don't have time to when you have a life after games. Like work school girlfriends friends and just enjoying life :)

Just that its a very very very very poorly constructed and totally confusing and completely broken story. So don't tell people to listen what's going on. 2. Every shooter games out there have campers. Counter Strike, Gears of War, Halo, Call of Duty, battlefield and even Destiny. Whether the pvp is good is subjective. 3. Indeed. VoG is supposed to be hard, that's all Bungie is doing, changing things up to make it tougher, yet the loot system remains the same, it's not rewarding enough. 4. Agreed. That's the only positive thing in this game and that doesn't invalidate other points i mentioned.

2 답변1) The story line is shorter than a stick of gum. 2) COD and Destiny should never be compared. It's like comparing the iPhone 6 to a potato. 3) I think I can say this for everyone, I only do the raid for the one chest that might give you a exotic and killing the Templar. It's easy as f*ck. 4) Every games mechanics are smooth on the One.

작성자: weily 11/9/2014 10:59:48 PM1.) Children's books have stories too. But, seriously, I think the issue is not that there is a story but that what little there is is subpar and not representative of next gen immersive storytelling. It's a qualitative distinction. 2.) I agree with PvP > CoD but that's not entirely justifiable. A lot of things are better than CoD and its philistine community. 3.) Indifferent to way others play their games. Also, indifferent to how Bungie responds. Kudos to the creative players out there who find new ways to "cheese" games. 4.) Agreed. I love the mechanics. I do wish they'd further tweak the in-air accuracy of shots.

9 답변Everyone complains about and incomplete story and yet they all forget we start off with being dead for a long time!! So of course we won't understand until we put the pieces together as bungie planned. I believe it'll all come together in time.

2 답변작성자: Chimpleton 11/9/2014 8:33:12 PMThe exo jet boost really changes the dynamic of the COD multiplayer. It is actually pretty fun again, but Destiny's pvp is pretty great also.
