Seeing MONKEY after taking the patch? We want your info.

[b]UPDATE 3:30PM PDT 10/28[/b]: We are still actively investigating the MONKEY error players are encountering.
[b]UPDATE 6:45PM PDT 10/28[/b]: We are seeing the number of MONKEY errors subside. Thank you for your patience!
[b]UPDATE 11:40 AM PDT 10/29[/b]: We pushed an update last night that significantly reduced the number of MONKEY errors users were seeing. We will continue to investigate as the hit rate for this error continues to decline.

Gamertag: theluh Console: Playstation 4 I received this error at approximately 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time while attempting to play the raid with my fireteam. I reset my router, tested my internet connection on the Playstation Network, restarted the game, restarted the Playstation and even switched characters. Nothing is working. I experience the Monkey issue within one minute of entering the raid. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
