Vex Mythoclast Drop Rate
So iv'e completed the raid on hard 5 times now and have yet to see the vex mythoclast drop for my character while everyone else seems to get it on their first or second try. Wondering if there are other players who have experianced the same with the vex drop
UPDATE : For those who keep complaining about this forum, its a discussion about the vex drop both good and bad. Also I finally got the vex after 17 tries so for those still trying don't give up

9 답변1.) Have your primary weapon slots full. 2.) Defeat Atheon 3.) Head to post master after raid. 4.) BOOM!!! There's your Vex.

3 답변I have the same problem, I can't get it on any of my characters. I have all 3 on over lvl 30. I did VOG like 5 times with my friends on the hardest level and nothing. I did got the Monte Carlos on my first try on Crota and other things, but no Mythoclast or even the Gjallahorn. I even spend over 20 Treasure Keys on POE and nothing, no Vex Mythoclast and no Gjallahorn. Is there a bug or something in the system ?

Honestly I think it's a 25% drop rate. I've gotten them 3 times in a month but I've also went months without seeing one. Also no 25% drop rate does not mean you will most likely get one after 4 runs. The way these odds work is that your odds reset every run. So basically you have a 75% chance of never seeing a Vex drop for you.

Finally got around to doing VOG hard mode for the first time ever (never even finished normal though), and got both Fatebringer & Vex. I guess all the lack of drops i got pre-HOW are being paid for now :) Also got 3 Gjallarhorns a couple of weeks back!

RNG is a bitch. The drop rate is low, but everyone will experience it different. For example, I started Destiny in December, didn't run VoG HM till about February or March. Buddy who started day 1 and ran Vault as early as he could (I think it was since November) helped me get ramped up and ran me through it my first time. I got a Vex, then proceeded to get 6 total before he got 1 (in April), even though he ran it every week since November on multiple characters and I ran it every other on one. Just keep at it. You'll get it one day. I believe. I've gotten every exotic (multiple times) and most legendary drops from raids too, but not a Gally. So my luck isn't bad by any means, unless you just look at it from a Gally stand point.
