Public events bug???
So i am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as I am. For the drops that you get from the public events, I know that you get a material from the postmaster after completing your first gold tier event of each day. Here is my issue, its been about 2 weeks now and i have done roughly 50 daily events (at least) and I am getting absolutely no ascendant materials for finishing them on gold tier. I have done them by myself, and done them with others as well. Even though everyone with me seems to get something, i get absolutely nothing each time. I know drops are random but 50+ events with no drops seems a bit much. Does anyone else have this same issue? Does anyone have any ideas on why I am not getting drops or is this possibly some kind of bug?

Read my post about public events potentially having limits in terms of rewards. I'm up to 32 events now with zero rewards. My other character wins rewards regularity. Read it and see what you think. "Public event limit on material rewards"

1 답변Apparently you're much more likely to get a reward right after the event completes if you haven't maxed out your vanguard marks for the week. Whether or not that's true, I have no idea but it's very consistent with what I see on my characters. Before maxing my marks, I seem to get rewards almost every time or at a minimum every other time, after I max my marks I might get one every 3-4 events I almost went a whole week without getting a reward from one last week.

There seems to be a cap after a certain number of events and may be tied to the vanguard weekly mark cap, haven't tested it but regardless, after a certain number of public events you will no longuer get ascendant items after completion, only the daily one in the mail at the tower. After this Tuesday you will start to get ascendant items after the public events until you reach the cap for the week again.

1 답변Friend had this, so we did the basic uninstall reinstall and today he finally got his daily reward for it.

I've been having the same issue since a couple days ago. I was getting materials up until Wednesday. It's been a long time since I've gotten anything as well. I still get the stuff from completing my first daily PE, but I haven't gotten anything since at the end of PE's. It's getting frustrating.
