This game is quite simply not what we were promised. Bungie showed us a Cadillac of a game and instead we were given a Chevrolet... Nice but not what we were told we were getting. We, the consumer, were swindled. Story is nowhere near the narrative that Halo (or even Oni) was. I expected more, not only because of hype but because of what I was SHOWN.... I am seriously considering contacting a class action lawyer.... (Cue trolls)
Update: What I find hilarious is that many of you insult this (and me) but if you heard a lawyer, or lawyers, took on this case you would jump on this in a heart beat.
Your pathetic attempts to make me angry actually only make me laugh. You will simply amount to nothing in this life. Depressing to watch really.

5 답변I remember when people were swearing they would sue over Halo 2. Guess how many actually made good on their threats?

3 답변Obviously never played an mmo from its vanilla days... Wow was the same size as destiny in its first 2 monthes, hell even years and people were bitching like this... Now its the biggest mmo after about.. 13 years? Give destiny the time it takes to be an mmo and you will be rewarded. Or just have mommy hire a lawyer just for you so you can feel important. Either way, your an uncultured swine. Hook line loser
Your pathetic attempts to make me angry actually only make me laugh. You will simply amount to nothing in this life. Depressing to watch really.
Wow, harsh. I say go for it, if it will make you happy. But actually do it. Get a lawyer, find out how many people it would take to cause a resault, etc, etc. Because the only people who's lives "simply amount to nothing" are the ones that bitch and moan (you so far) and don't act.

Well if you get a good lawyer you probably can win. It would be a huge thing like with red bull and its slogan "red bull gives you wings" where they give 10 dollars to everyone who has a proof of purchase of a red bull from the past 10years so if you do do this then we all might be able to get a free dlc or something with proof of purchase so you have my support

Even if you did manage to get a case, I wouldn't join you. Lawsuits are something I consider as a last resort, and I would only do so if absolutely necessary and/or I was personally wronged/harmed in some way that affected my ability to live. This game has only entertained and/or angered me. I have not been personally harmed by this game or the developers associated with the game. I personally hope you fail. You should've known better than to buy a game they were advertising. Advertisement is supposed to goad you into buying a product; the product doesn't actually have to be good lol.

I'm not sure you could actually claim false advertisement, the vidocs aren't paid advertisements. They're made by the devs for free to show the fans what they're working on and how the game is progressing at that moment. Just because I'm showing you how something is coming along right now doesn't mean I won't change it later, what's shown in vidocs isn't set in stone. It's not the same as if I put an advertisement on TV show casing elements of the game, like trading, that aren't actually in the game. Still -blam!-ed up and pretty ethically shady, but illegal? Idk.

4 답변Of course a lawyer will take it up, because no matter how stupid this case is and whether they win or lose they'll still get paid.
