If you have the mark of the devourer that little lingering damage is enough to kill especially if your first shot is a header your set i use it so much in PvP

My regulator MK .56 three shots people whether I hit them in the head or the chest (makes sooooo much sense to me....) has 11 rounds in the mag and has faster reload speeds. Said handcannon is a rare.... Thorn definitely needs some kind of buff.
