sometimes when i look at my weapon upgrades it will say something like "more predicatble recoil. slight boosts to range and impact. more recoil." but i look at the actual stat bars, and NO, there is no positive change to any of the stats. none of them light up green, not even a SLIVER of green (and I have a big TV so I can see it). I understand that some of them are literally just different scopes, but it seems to me like it's all drawback just for the sake of having a different scope... and some of the weapons its like you dont even need a scope like the hand cannon. the rocket launcher doesn't even give you a different scope and sometimes the bonuses are stupid like "better stability" with ONLY ONE ROCKET in the magazine... even with more than one you don't bloody need stability. in fact i would say stability is useless on all the weapons that aren't fully automatic.
