[BUNGIE] Please read if you are seeing the WASP error code.
If you have recently started seeing Wasp while updating Destiny, please provide the following information to this thread so that we may further our investigation into this issue. Please only provide your information one time.

After the 1.1 patch players began seeing WASP again. If you are updating while using WiFi or a mobile hotspot, please attempt to install patches with a wired connection, as these errors can occur and halt progress. We will continue investigations on this issue.

YouthfulLion Xbox One Wired I have not been able to play this game for weeks. I have re installed the game a few times, but it is always the same. After verifying content an update window comes up and it errors out. This is a game breaking glitch worse than the matchmaking issues in the M.C.C. at least in that I could play the campaign (props for that by the way as it is awesome). When this is fixed can the people who have had this problem be compensated with a [u]Free DLC[/u]. It's not asking for much considering we have a 90 dollar game that is currently broken.

I have already tried everything you suggested and gave you the details you asked for but I'm wondering why I all of sudden got booted from destiny servers and now have this stupid update that WONT UPDATE!! When all the guys I play with in my area which live within 10min drive to me didn't get booted of the servers too and are still happily playing without having to do an update or anything. Why do I need to update when all my mates don't? It is very frustrating when all my mates can play but I can't because of this stupid UPDATE!!

1 답변Guys I have come up with a solution it takes about a day or a few hours I mean ( it could take 6 hours + but it works) I moved my system and connected it to an Ethernet cable and began updating at first I got many wasps but now it is updating legit and is transferung my game content at around 50% hopefully it doesnt pull a damn wasp on me ... Wish me luck ..!

1 답변작성자: Spartan Hitman0 2/23/2015 9:55:13 PMHi guys i have done some investigation into this issue and find it happens mainly when an update isnt completed within a certain time limit as if it has a cut off counter. So if your badwidth drops or is lower than usual i.e. Too many devices in use at once or people are downloading videos etc it can cause this problem. DO NOT re-install your game it is a networking bug not a destiny bug. Well unless it has a cutoff timer

For all the people having wasp I'm praying for you the only ways fixed this problem was by updating connected to a Ethernet and disconnecting and connecting my Ethernet cord every 10 minutes for about 8 hours it took me From 2:30 in the afternoon to about midnight 12:00 ridiculous but it worked so happy I fixed this crap right before Xur brought heavy ammo synthesis
