Maybe that train has sailed... or the boat has left the station, or wait-- whatever, it's apparently my 7th year as a member of this community. I've seen it grow and change and mostly stay the same. Mostly though it's people I don't recognize, not that I expect to be recognized. I've been mostly quite over the last year or so, decided I'd take a leap off the face of the Earth. While usually these type posts are usually long winded and filled with tales of excitement and reflection, I don't have many stories to tell. Though I can put on my rose colored glasses for a moment and say this: I perfered the old forum style to this current pain in the ass. Maybe it's just the age talking, but I find navagating thing clumsy and conversations broken and disjointed. I know this current incarnation was probably Achronos's magnum opus or something akin to it and I personally advocated for a lot of the features used... but not like this. Not like this. Ah well, back to obsurity. Another 3 years before I can make a post like this again.
