As the tower stands now, it is a hub where you collect gear, find bounties, and form fire teams. It feels less of a home world and more of a pit stop. Get your gas and load up on candies and head out on the road again. Where's the life in the last standing sanctuary for humanity? Why would I want to hang out for an extended period? What it needs are some social, personalized experiences. Sound off in the comments what you'd like to see added. Here's a few of mine.
Personal Quarters:
A small room of your own, where you are free to customize how it looks and what's on display.
Clan Halls:
A place for clan members to meet. Anyone that is in your clan can enter and all will be in the same lobby/room. Would be a nice way to arrange fire teams and meet some new people. Voice chat enabled in clan hall. Maybe even allow players to display clan flags outside of the halls for recruitment.
Activities/Games:
Card games, gambling, target practice, and anything that is easy to set up with random players. The game feels so anti social/interactive, it needs more activities for tower guardians to interact with each other. The purple ball gathers people around for fun, give us more please!
Player Monitors:
Not sure if this would be possible on a technical level but I'd love to spectate my friends. Add some terminals where you can tune into and watch your friends raid and compete in the crucible. To make sense of it all, the stream could be pulled from the ghosts.

SHOOTING RANGE: So you can try out any of your guns without worrying about ammo because they supply it in the range. ARCHIVES: Bungie loves they're grimoire cards but nobody wants to read them since they aren't in-game. Simple solution add an in-game hub or actual room where people can read the cards in a user friendly environment. HALL OF FAME: Some people are addicted to the game and instead of doing the "legend of the week" which I haven't looked at since the first one. Why not add an in-game system where people can view the top 3-10 people for the more popular events/tasks. examples: - Raid Master: Completed the most Raids - True Striker: Completed the most Strikes - Conquerer of the "insert enemy type": basically you can have 4 of these 1 for each enemy type and it's who's killed the most of that enemy type. - Guardian Warlord: Who's killed the most Guardians in PvP I think you get the idea of the Hall of Fame. SPECIAL ALERTS: have some type on in-game big screen TV or speaker that announces special events like "Xûr has entered the Tower" or "Lord Saladin has opened up the Iron Banner" you know for people who don't check the app/site daily and this can eliminate the pop up screens when in orbit (mainly say this because Iron Banner popped up 4-5 times throughout the Iron Banner event for my Hunter when I never needed or wanted a reminder. BEACONS: May sound weird but be able to send out a message (like the level up bar for Vangaurd at the bottom of the screen) and only friends can see it and it stays for 15 seconds or so but you send a notification saying "Trying to do the Nightfall" or any of the other weekly events so If others are looking to join they now have no excuse to miss out. Unless they aren't logged on. P.S. You could also add something that let's you inspect all 3 of your friends characters when they're offline/online.

4 답변My wishlist: 1) Currency exchange. Any currency could be exchanged to another. Perhaps a new vendor for that, or use an existing one. 2) Quicker, more seamless system for inviting/joining a fireteam without that "back to orbit, brb" crap for the invitees. This should happen not just in the tower, but EVERY PLACE where players are already in the same area. Also, a "join fireteam" option. Doing it manually from Live (using XBone) is slow and takes you out of the game. Naturally players should have the "I don't want people to join my fireteam unless invited" option too. This is not seamless online gaming at all. 3) Option to set your next intended mission/activity visible in your details, in case A) someone would like to join or B) someone could see what you're intending to do if you invite him/her, just to make his/her decision easier. 3,5) ...or create a place in the tower dedicated for recruiting. You could recruit players for activities or even your clan. - Example: I'd open the "recruitment vendor" and I'd instantly see if anyone in the tower right now needs a helping hand. I like something, I select it, and I instantly join a fireteam. The fireteam leader will be notified about his recruitment being succesful, in addition to the normal messages. - Example 2: I'd open the "recruitment vendor" and set my needs (activity, new clan members) and wait in the tower for some time if someone's interested. 4) A "library" or something dedicated to lore where you could also view your grimoires. Grimoires need to be in the game, even though they can't replace the poorly told shaky story. Having them to be accessible only with a computer/phone is cheap and borderline angering.

This isn't for the tower really but if they had playlists in crucible where it was faction vs. faction based that would actually transcend to interactions between them in the tower. Example: Dead Orbit has the lead in victories (naturally cause they are the better faction), Arach Jalaal would go up to Executor Hideo and Likshmi-2 and be like “ F--k your Earth losers! We can go find another one you blind mutha-blam!-ers! F--k your Earth losers! F--k your Earth! DARKNESS IS, DARKNESS IS! "
