Fusion rifles or Shotguns?
What do you prefer for CQB?
It seems that the preference is based between range and fire rate. Fusion rifles need to charge, shotguns have shitty range.

1 답변Fusion rifle all day. The only time when a shotty is better is when your in melee range. And I would then just melee them anyways.

2 답변Shotguns can fire pretty damn fast too, doing a large amount of DPS...I bounce back and forth between these two for my Titan

8 답변Two completely different weapons. Fusion Rifle: Carries damage over long distance with no drop off i believe. Also very accurate from the hip. Shotgun: Very strong within two feet, damage drop off is very short and is harder to land all of the pellets compared to the burst from a fusion rifle. If your in up close cqc then whip out the shotgun, if you want the same damage at even further ranges, bosses for example, and you wanna keep a distance take pot shots with the fusion rifle. They are two completely different weapons and should be handled in different ways

1 답변Depends on the map and situation. Despite how they look, fusion rifles are decently accurate at mid range, where as a shotgun is really only good up close.
