Titans! Do you prefer Striker or Defender? Why?
Titans! Which subclass do you prefer and why? Please vote above and then explain your decision below!

Defender. Countless times I've dropped a bubble shield and aggro'd a strike boss whilst my team does damage, or dropped it on a downed teammate as I revive them (you can be reviving people whilst also doing the super animation). Plus I've specced my Titan to provide orbs of light all the time, I can drop 20-30 orbs of light before my supers even charged, just through my abilities! Teammates love a good defender Titan :P (though all hail the PvP striker)

It's an awesome subclass both offensively and defensively. I've lost count how many times my teams been downed in an heroic boss fight and I've had to make a hero leap into the sky and come crashing down with a bubble to revive them whilst the enemies surround us or jumping into the thick of things in pvp, laying down a bubble and punching everything in the face.

1 답변I'll know more when I level em both up, but for now I'll use striker for pvp and some pve, and plan on using the other for hard raiding with friends to provide some tankiness.

I've obviously played more as striker but I've started to upgrade defender and I'm starting to love it. Striker has it's place when you want to deal serious damage, but when I'm with a fireteam or doing a public event I usually run defender. I love the grenades the defender has. dat second explosion tho! The bodies soar.

I honestly don't have a major preference, but I picked defender because its what I run the most. Why? Well one they have that grenade that homes in on enemies and explodes twice, which is awesome. Then there's the melee attack that gives you an overshield basically, which is a godsend. But mainly because when I do strikes and such with people, its good to have the super ready for those hard spots where you NEED cover, and I can deliver that. When im just running around on patrol and goofing off/upgrading stuff/looting, I run as my striker so I can pop off as much damage as I need.
