Put aside all the arguments and all the debates you've had before. This is where it really matters. If you really believe in atheism then I want you to prove that God is not real. That's it. That's all I ask for. Simply prove that God does not exist and we will stop bickering over the matter. Can you do that atheists? Can you actually support your claim that you defend so vigorously?

17 답변Atheists would rather argue that religious people have to supply evidence than try to supply evidence that God isn't real because they are lazy and incapable of making an argument that large. Aka, they won't because they know they can't, and they don't like that they can't so rather than stay silent they have to make a stink somehow.

Personally I'm catholic, but this works both ways. In an atheist's eyes, couldn't they just say: "Okay, but you prove God does exist first!" I do believe in God but just play devil's advocate for a minute and see both sides. There is no current proof that God does exist, and none that he does not exist. You say this matters, but really the fact is most commonly however you were raised is probably the way you'll grow up. If this matters most do you not think that starving children or third world countries matter? What about the people being terrorized or the countries filled with war?! THIS, is not important. Without people judging people based on their religion or background, do you know how much farther ahead in technology everybody in the world would be? This is not important. So please just stop feeding the fire.

9 답변Hmm I will twist your little game and get you to prove to me how you're god exists? Christian? Then tell me why an all loving god would cut away 'his' children and still claim to love them when it would take a snap of 'his' divine digits for us to all be with 'him' also what god allows slavery segregation of races incest and alternate worship of other gods for thousands of years before giving us his 'holy word' and also if your followers have to pick and choose what is literal and what is metaphorical in your holy book you are a false god.

In my humble opinion, nobody can prove anything. It is and always will be impossible to officially determine how we came into existence. I have never truely decided whether or not I believe in God. Although it sounds extremely crazy for atheists to believe in a higher power, I think it's just as crazy to think we came from absolutely nothing. "God created us", then who created God? The common answer would be that he is eternal and always there. "The universe sparked our existance through millions of years of evolution" then what created the universe? The answer will usually be, it's always been there, or inexplicable. So, all in all I see no point in fighting. Believe what you want. Dont attack others for their beliefs. There are a lot of stupid Christians, yes. But there are a lot of stupid atheists too. It takes faith to believe in something you will never fully understand. In the end, we're all human beings. Segregation will get us nowhere.

1 답변I take it that you're a Christian. If so, prove to me that God is real. Religion and your belief system has nothing to do with proving anything.

I 'believe' in atheism is the equivalent of my hobby is 'not coin collecting.' Your question doesn't make sense as it is phrased. The point you are, I think, trying to make is that the construct of god (in what sense?) is not provably false (excepting, I assume, some of the standard qualities, e.g. omnipotence which is self-contradictory), in which case you are, content-wise, not saying much of anything. "Challenges" like this, or rather the absurdity thereof, are the reason that the "flying spaghetti monster" became such a popular trope: one can construct a concept to be unprovable/undetectable/etc. (this, of course, is done with none of Godel's sophistication, rigor, or ingenuity).

6 답변Hear that guys? This is where it really matters. Forget what you know. I need to to give it all you got. I need %110 of what you got. Lets show these believers that we believe that they believe in really silly things.

5 답변Nobody can conclusively and scientifically prove/disprove the existence of God. That's the whole idea of 'faith' but I wouldn't expect someone as banal as you to understand a simple concept like that. Please don't imply that all religious people are shortsighted, uneducated, and intolerant like yourself. I'm a Christian but I have several atheist friends and I really don't give a shit what they think either way about religion, and they don't give a shit about what I think either.

The reason people don't believe in a creator or let me better say religion is the lack of prediction. If I put ice in a hot room it will melt. If I pray to a sentient being to help me pass my exam, chances are if you didn't study you will fail. That's the main problem. Even though in some religions the creator isn't meant to be a divine helper whose sole purpose is to help you pass exams or help you in anything really. Some religions say that you should live a certain lifestyle in hopes of getting to a divine destination. Others say you should do certain acts everyday to avoid death or ward of spirits. With all of this they all lack the ability to predict and that's why it's hard to believe it's even real

5 답변Here's what I don understand why are people willing to believe in white holes and not a creator? I mean it deals with the laws of nature if you think about it. Everything has it's opposite. Example sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction, light and absence of light, opposite reactions, cold and hot etc. Another law is that everything is a bi product of something else. If you put this together then if everything is a bi-product of something? Then shouldn't there be something that is a bi-product of nothing? If you compare the Big Bang as lucky as a random probabilty equation like phenomenon. Then you can compare it to taking a phone apart and putting it in a box, then shaking that box and opening it to find a perfectly formed phone. Even then who/what is shaking the box? It's really interesting stuff, maybe we should just wait for someone to figure out the string theory
