Why hate us Titans?
recently ive noticed that everyone bashes Titans for saying we are the wall that protects the rest, is it so wrong that we see ourselves as the first and last line of defense and the shield (and possibly sword) that helps guard the hunters and warlocks? i dont see why so many people look down on the titans as we are proud of our roles as guardians.Thoughts ,comments, epiphanies ?

6 답변As a Titan, I don't see race or class, only enemies that need to be put down. That said any ally I have, warlock, hunter, or fellow Titans, will always get a res from me should they fall on the field.

Every class is getting trolled Hunters for being campers. Warlocks and their Space Magic. Titans for their "ME TITAN, ME SMASH YOU" attitude. Who cares all the classes are cool. This ain't WoW. You should see how much hate Blood Elves get on WoW forums. "Magic Junkies" and all that shit. At least the classes in Destiny are all balanced.

2 답변My only issue is the invulnerability during the special. .. Hunters and Warlocks don't get it? ... Also I'm not sure if it's a real thing.... but it just seemed that even on last hits they can just special through the dmg.... kind of lame considering the other guardians don't get it.... that being said all is fair in love and war.... I know to keep my distance as I hunt my prey.... Prepare yourself... and thanks for being a bigger target ;)

작성자: Erkyo 8/2/2014 6:40:31 AMI think some people just don't fully understand the true nature's of all three classes and the Titan's brute force just over shadows the other two simply because brute force is easier to spot. But to me the Hunter has its strength in weapons and the Warlock with its power nova bomb. Either way as we build our characters up all three will serve a purpose especially in Raids.

1 답변I don't have anything against titans. I mean like any other person I there are things I believe need to be balanced. In terms of balance I just dislike the shielded super upgrade.

I played as all 3, and leveled them up to level 8. I was the most excited for the warlock. Also that was the class I was most disappointed in. While playing the beta I did best with my titan playing just over 50 of PVP games with him. I had 42 of the with over a 1.00 K/D, 26 of them with over a 2.00 K/D and 8 of the with over a 3.00 K/D. Wht my hunter a I did nearly the same exept I played more games. I did ok with my warlock, I just found him boring to play with. I enjoyed my hunter the most. That and the bladedancer class are the reason why I'm going to play as the Hunter first. Then the titan because how strong the striker class gets when you level it all the way up is god-like. Then lastly the warlock because that's all thats left, it's a good character to play as but I found him not as great or fun as I suspected.

In all honesty to be that avatar that everyone looks to and subconsciously decides "he is our brick wall" and then after you (a Titan) cut down half the opposing team or a numerous amount of AI but the enemy continue to pour in as you continue to kill and then for those same teammates to now think "my god how will we survive this" and then out of the corner of their eye they see you leap fist in the air energy surging around you as you come down they now think "our saving grace, our super soldier has pulled is out of the fires of hell to redeem salvation". My friend that is just the epic position served by the Titan. The hunter is meant to serve as a quick kill (notice that I say kill not kills cuz a hunter has great one v one ability due to agility, tho they can sometimes beat several opponents at once) while the warlock serves as this leader of great wisdom who can guide his fellow guardians into hell in hopes that his Titan comrade will still be the protector and last hope of the group. I don't hate titans, I revere them and I also understand their role. So don't feel like ppl are hating becuz the Titan is a protector/defender and an epic badass at that. And no, I'm specifically a hunter only kinda guy I just know my limitations on a team or in a fireteam and I understand the role I play
