Unable to invite clan to an alliance
Title: Unable to invite clan to an alliance
Description: I have created an alliance group and added my own clan to the alliance, but I'm unable to invite other clans to the alliance.
Reproduction Steps:
1.) Open Google Chrome Version 36.0.1985.125 m
2.) Navigate to http://www.bungie.net/
3.) Log into my account
4.) Click the "clan" tab on the left (http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/138228)
5.) Click "admin tools"
6.) Click "alliances and following" and able to see my clan in the alliance (http://imgur.com/9rJ67sW)
7.) Navigate to the clan I wish to add to alliance (http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/151245)
8.) Click "interact" then "invite alliance" (no pop up with options or to confirm)
9.) Sent message to founder to ask if they received an invite, they replied no
10.) Suggested they navigate to alliance page and click "interact" then "request alliance"
11.) They tried that and I received no notification
12.) Checked the "alliances and following" in the alliance group and no pending requests (http://imgur.com/fsyCFwu)(http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/160475)
Results:
The other clan is not in the alliance
Expected Results:
The clan would be in the alliance or a pending request to join would be present
Notes:
All the "group to group actions" on the interact button seem to do nothing
I also tried all these steps on my Google Nexus 7 (Android 4.4.4, Chrome 36.0.1985.128)
Platform Information:
OS: Windows 8
Browser: Google Chrome Version 36.0.1985.125 m
Are you running add-ons/plug-ins?: Ad Block (tried again with it disabled, just in case)

We are having the EXACT same issue... created a group and clan and it says we can't add any groups in an alliance because we are already in an alliance... and yet the alliance page shows no current or pending alliances. Very irritating.

Probably a bug in the Alliance system again. When you clicked on Interact > Invite Alliance, you should see another window that will ask you to choose which Group you want to invite the other clan to your alliance before you can send the invite. Which is why the other clan's founder doesn't see the request. When you clicked on Invite Alliance, how long did you wait until you hit the refresh or navigated away from the page? Every once in awhile, it can take awhile for the pop-up to appear.
