작성자: Dominemesis 9/13/2014 7:11:08 PMI'd rather see Hunter specials changed entirely for both subclasses. Neither seem to fit the playstyle of either subclass. As a gunslinger you are most likely going for precision and range, the Golden Gun does neither of those well and does honestly piddly damage compared to other guns. It really just doesn't synch well. Having messed around more with the Bladedancer there isn't enough about the Hunter that supports the melee attack of Arc Blade, while it is happening it would be better if the Hunter was invisible, or unhittable, or at least alot more durable, as it is, it is inferior in every way for dealing with a pack of smaller enemies than Warlock or Titan specials (especially packs with the Cursed Thralls in them, that is instadeath), and it doesn't mesh with anything else about the Bladedancer, which has no better mitigation or health. At least when a titan get up close he is a beast of armor and health, and even a warlock can melee health back. Neither special does anything meaningful to bosses at all. My 2 cents.

작성자: Hollywoodtragedy018 8/8/2014 2:13:47 AMBut also think about it though if you get overpentrate you can wipe 1-3 players in one shot with added combustion you'll be able to even make more possible with 5 or 6 shot that over penetrate & combustion you can wipe out a team twice over Also to add the are armors that gives you an extra shot

7 답변I just think it should some form of AOE damage after you kill someone, nothing else though

3 답변Except the part that over penetrates enemies. So if you
position carefully
you get more then 3. There was a guy on the forums that got 3 kills with one bullet.

Honestly, lengthening the time by a little bit would be nice, as it's not supposed to be used like Panic Fi...er..I mean Fist of Havoc, and a longer time would allow you to focus more on the shots. I think 3 kills from the super is enough, that is half the enemy team after all, and penetration or explosive rounds might possibly net you one or two more. But really, if someone's super is netting 4/5/6 kills, then the enemy team isn't really working too well together in my opinion, as it does not require three quarters/ an entire team to defend/capture one point. :P

작성자: DeathByNINJA123 8/5/2014 6:21:49 PMI think that the Hunter's super was DEFINITELY harder to use. However, the Hunter class in general requires more skill than the other classes. Sure, there's more general potential in the other two classes' supers, but how often did you find more than three enemies grouped together at once? I never got more than a triple kill with any of the supers, and those were rare. Though I'll give you credit for mentioning the time limit on the Hunter's super. The Golden Gun requires more precise aiming and skill than the other supers, so why the 10 second rule? Maybe 12 or 15 seconds would be nice, but I was still racking up the kills with the GG as it was. Some improvements would be nice, but I'm fine with it as is.

You're right in each having their own respective strengths, think of this scenario,.. Domination - 3 defending flag, you the hunter has your special ready that's 3 possible kills providing you can hit all 3. They could be all spread out so irregardless it's a potential 3 kills that means you've dominated that specific flag. Also meaning it played to your 'teams' strength, yes a Titan or warlock can achieve this or more, however if they're spread out the chances are they killed one or two then got killed themselves resulting in a failed capture that could of changed the game so to speak, the answer lies in your own question.

I dont mind it, i only hope that the cooldown time is reduced, or the usage is extended, but what i ultimately want, is the design of the sun pistol to be diffrent, the way its modelled after a tegular hand cannon does make it look all that special

If I had a dollar for every time I've been killed by a hunters ability I'd have an epic astro headset and if I had a dollar for every time I've been killed by a warlock ability I'd have a pack of gum and if I had a dollar for every time I've been killed by the Titan ability I'd have a pair of socks. So long story short all classes are equal and have their ups and downs.

So from being a gunslinging throat slitting badass into a halo sniper. (ಠ_ಠ) Gotcha. All of the top end Hunter's I've come across don't take an hour to get 3 kill as a matter of fact they do the thing I hate and manage heavy choke points and hammer away at the people ballsy enough (lolme (ಠ_ಠ) ) to rush through. Any slower or extended and Hunters will probably say: This is a waste of time and should be reduced. With Titan you have extremely high risk to get blown up as soon as you're spotted (YOU try hiding with a freaking full suit of armor..). Warlocks have slightly less risk since their super is a projectile. Hunters surprisingly have the least risk if they utilized their super not as a panic shot but to pick off high valued targets in the given situation. Like a Titan midway FoH or anyone daring enough to push who will most likely have a super.

Hunters super has the ability to penetrate, and thus has the potential of killing the oposition team twice over. The golden gun is also useful because you can stilluse the knives, thus being able to finish off already weakened foes

1 답변작성자: LTZ HeavyBackup 8/5/2014 9:49:57 AMYou have 3 shots, you can get 3 kills. But, your super is a Gun. accurate and has an amazing range with the speed of a bullet. Nova bomb is slow and clumsy that is hard to target enemies with. Yes there is a chance you can kill more than 3 people with warlock or Titan but odds are unlikely unless you happened to encounter 4+ people capturing a control point. Best Ive done with nova bomb was 3 kills two different times.

"It does, however, need to be buffed in some manner as it just cannot compete in any way whatsoever in its current state." Why? Where is it written that all supers must be equally effective in all situations? Also, assuming that you're correct, that doesn't prove the Gunslinger is the least powerful class at the moment. Supers are not the end all be all of what a class is capable of doing.
