Let's do a quick and different poll of what the gamers in our community would like to drink. Personally, I'm going to stick with water, as my usual healthy diet includes. But let's get this different poll swingin.
[Edit]Perhaps I should have put an alcoholic beverage option. ..

5 답변작성자: ARealLiveBear 10/10/2014 9:15:31 PMNOS has never let me down when I'm trying to get serious! I'm practically cheating if i drink it tho ahahah. Fun Fact: When you drink high sugar content drinks (7up being one if the worst), the bacteria in your mouth eat that sugar, and poop out acid. That acid slowly eats at your enamel until there is a pit. That pit becomes the perfect habitat for bacteria to hide without the fear of your daily brushing habits. Thus a cavity (or dental carie) is formed! Though your tooth may not be sensitive right away, the cavity can still be there and running rampant. If a dentist catches it before it gets worse you will get a dental filling... Know now that no dental filling is a permanent fix. It will always leak. You will always need a bigger filling. Next is a crown, should the crown fail, a root canal, then a root canal retreat (up to twice for a very conservative doctor), and finally extraction... But it doesn't stop there. After an extraction you have two options. A bridge or an implant. To be eligible for an implant most doctors prefer that you aren't a smoker, and a bridge involves trimming down the two adjacent teeth so they can support holding a fake tooth in between. Eventually that will fail as well, and now you have two more teeth that need help, ultimately leading to more extractions and more treatment... A solid amount of this treatment requires multiple appointments, and multiple X-rays... Ultimately I think you could pay somewhere in between 8,000 and 12,000 dollars or more for preserving one tooth! My advice: if you prefer to drink energy drinks and soda, make sure you chase it with water (after every drink) and ensure that you brush your teeth 30-60 minutes later to ensure you do not cause mechanical erosion to your teeth. (The acids and such weaken your enamel, so if you brush right away you could be doing more harm.) It's hard to see the effects when you are younger, but when you have my job and see people at varying ages, you see the long term effects and it's horrible... And so much pain... Especially if there is an infection... When there is an infection and we can't get you numb properly you feel most of the procedure... I've had to hold people down and keep them from lashing out on the doctor... I've seen so much just as a dental tech... So just be careful everybody, cause at the end if the day, you're the one making a Dentists boat payment ahahha.
