Xbox fans should fear the future
This is not a diss to xbox fans. Destiny will be around for 10 years which means 10 years of DLC & new Destiny editions right? Who do you think will get access to future content first? Xbox? Probably not. PS4 probably will get early access because PS4 has a larger market (more PS4s sold) & Bungie clearly has a closer working relationship with Sony which is clear.
Xbox fans, the Xbox one is more of an all around entertainment center & PS4 is more focused on being a gaming center. Xbox rolled the dice & lost & in result more people got the PS4. The majority rules... Sorry but it's the America way.

They did say two new DLCs ("the dark below & house of wolves") that were mentioned yesterday would be coming 1st to playstation and both were coming WITH exclusive content (additional guns/armor) on playstation. [b]But I didn't realize ALL the future DLC and maybe even sequels will be coming first to Playstation.[/b] It sounds like ALL the additional content and sequels will also be getting additional playstation only content too. Wow that's a big deal. 4 답변Is that why Sony was pushing their media services so hard at E3? The exclusives are mostly to tempt current PS4 owners to buy Destiny. I feel sorry for people who based their purchase solely on the timed content, it's not enough for a system that has no games.

3 답변A lot of the PS community seem to think exclusive content is that big of a deal to us Xbox players, When really there's just a few who whine and complain about it. I've been a fan of Bungie back when I was 15 and just getting Destiny is to show support in the end its going to be a great game. PS. We really need to get pass all this back and forth Xbox and Playstation shit it gets too annoying.

9 답변My speculation is that only the first Destiny will have exclusive partnership with Sony in an attempt to draw in the PlayStation crowd. All the other Destiny iterations will probably not be exclusive for either console in any way.

I own a PS4 and an Xbox One. Getting Destiny on the Xbox. Don't care about exclusives. My enjoyment of a game doesn't hinge on exclusive content. This post feels like a passive-agressive jab at the Xbox One if I'm being honest. I'm not worried :)

LMAO it does not matter who gets early access. I own an Xbox One and am happy with my decision and it's awesome that a company like Bungie got to expand past Halo which has fallen short as it's life progressed (fingers crossed on 5 and the Master Chief Collection). Playstation 4 is a great gaming console and just because Xbox or PS gets exclusives people should learn to be happy about it and not rub it in. Grow up either way all of us get to enjoy a great game. But I would like to point out one thing you say Bungie has a closer working relationship with PS? Bungie worked for Microsoft for 10 years and their headquarters are less than 15 mins away from Microsoft just saying.

5 답변Most contracts between companies are for a duration of time. You can't assume that the trends for launch of this game will persist for the next 10 years. 2 years from launch, that contract might expire and the exclusivity drops.

1 답변I know what you mean. I put these games in my Xbox and it keeps saying on the screen "[b]This game console is an all in one entertainment center. It only plays games when you want it to. [/b] Really, who was the idiot who saw that the Xbox 1 was the all in one entertainment system and said " Well -blam!-, I guess I can't play games on Xbox anymore". I have never once understood this ignorant argument. X1 & PS4 both have a disc drive to put games in and you can then play them. Both have a blue ray player. Both can play streaming services like netflix and stuff. Did I mention both GAMING CONSOLES CAN PLAY GAMES.
