My Bearded Brothers - A Message to Bungie
Although still in alpha, I was shocked to see no facial hair of any kind.
After all, what of the Hunter who is out exploring the solar system and sailing the stars for treasures and glory, fighting monsters only imagined in the worst of nightmares.

Or perhaps a fellow Warlock studying day and night of the travelers secrets and going out to explore the hidden lore it shares, only to find that it is guarded by death and danger.

What of the Titan? Always on the front lines of bloody battles and never ending wars, destroying every threat to man kind, leaving destruction in their wake and bringing honor to their brothers.

All I am trying to say.. Is a beard is much more then misplaced hair on ones face. It is a story teller, a wise man, and a fighter.
Please if not in this game, then Bungie, perhaps in the future.

I painted a 3day beard on Cloud on the cover of FF7, so he looks more manly. Aragorn had always a perfect 3day beard. So I guess it would be really nice if my Guardian could have a 3day beard.... :)

Haha I love this, beards would be cool, but then where do you draw the line? Obviously can't go on the Exo and the would just look misplaced on the awakened. So, therefore would only go on 'Human male' and that seems like a lot of work for just one bit of detail when 90% of time you're wearing a helmet. I think the markings etc are much cooler than the option of a beard.

I've literally had facial hair of some form on my face for the past 10 years since I hit puberty. I wouldn't shave my beard to have beards in Destiny, but I [i]would[/i] [b]not[/b] shave my beard to have beards in Destiny.
