When the game releases. ......
Will any thing we do in the beta (such as characters,Stats,weaponry , and so on) be carried over to full released game? Or will we have to restart everything once the game hits store shelves?

You won't be able to keep things from the beta and alpha because it would give those who participated a bigger lead than those who weren't able to participate and it would be unfair. Just think of the beta and alpha as a demo and fool around with it.
