Thinking of buying the X1 to play Halo: MC Collection and possibly Halo 5 if its any good. But I've been hesitant because unlike my day one PS3, I had several Xbox 360s that have RROD. I just got tired of getting replacements so I stuck to the original Xbox and the PS3.
So does the X1 run smoothly? Is it even worth it?

You should do it, not trying to spam your post or anything but.. Anyone up for an Xbox One destiny clan? I don't have a website or anything, but send me your Gamertags and we could get a clan started on Xbox live in a week or so, thanks guys!

My X1 has been flawless and i got mine in early December, it is silent running, batteries last ages in the controllers, the internet speed is far greater, it has a better receiver, i don't think i've lost connection any more than two times in 6 months, it is a surprising leap from the 360

I don't have one but I had a chance to play one at the Microsoft Store in Las Vegas and let me tell you I was pretty impressed UI was very easy for me to navigate, great looking games especially Forza 5 that game shows off what the Xbox One can do and the controller feels nice I'm really impressed with the triggers and I love the vibration in them but I'm not a fan of the bumpers I don't like how they feel and I hate the Kinect it is one pile of trash but however I do see a great future for the Xbox One I cannot wait until I purchase one.

1 답변If hardware issues like the RROD is the only thing giving you pause then by all means worry not. Go get that Xbox One :)

1 답변Quality system, not perfect but nothing is. Overall I'm very happy with it and games are looking better with the June update. So it's hitting 1080p more than before.

Still very satisfied, have the Day 1 One. Runs great, sets up in minutes. Quiet as a whisper, even when the fan turns on. Just searching around the web, there's nowhere near the hardware failure rate that the 360 had. It's a good, quality, fun machine. And the games look great as well. :D

I don't know if it's only in my country, because of the language or something, but it freezes a lot. It keeps taking me out of the game during matches, especially in BF4. Netflix keep crashing. On the positive side, the controls are truly great.

I like the Xbone. The UI isn't the best, and I wish they would make it better, however, I have enough experience now that it doesn't really bother me. Sometimes the screen will be pitch black, however, doing a complete turn off fixes that. I have not had any problems with RROD. Also, it does run pretty smooth. Smooth enough that you contemplate why you even buy discs anymore (because you have to get up, y'know?)
