So, "above the waist" piercings are $13?
I can't help but wonder what the deal is for below the waist piercings?

Negotiable if the business can take photos (for their "portfolio" of course)?

3 답변I was wondering why this image showed up in my FB feed. It turns out that this is where my youngest sister gets her ink. My wife is leaving tonight for a trip/visit to South Florida and decided to get a tattoo while she's there. I've asked/dared her to ask about their "below the waist" practices, but she's refusing to even contemplate it. At least not before they do her ink.
