When I was younger I used to love to play games that were different. I loved to play cod5 waw, cod modern warfare 2, left 4 dead, halo 3, and others. But now-a-days it seems that games are getting really repetitive. Its the same thing over and over again. After a month of titanfall I felt like I was playing cod ghosts. They are all the same and its kind of pathetic. I liked it when cod wasnt the same thing over and over. Like how cod waw came out and it was fun, a game I still some times play today. Then after waw there was cod modern warfare 2 wich was different then the previous. Now adays the games are the same thing and its ridiculous. (I know some people are going to get mad for me saying this) cod ghosts is the same thing as black ops 2. I just want destiny to be different, its own new thing. I dont want it to feel like halo, or cod. I want it to feel like destiny its own new feeling.
Tell me how you feel.

1 답변Try playing different game genres. All shooters are going to feel a like. For me right now I am playing BF4, FFXIV which are two different genres so there is more difference. If you play the same style its going to feel the same.

1 답변Just picture the first time you completed WaW. The surprise you got that day. The day a game mode became legend and rekindled a new flame. A game that allows you to traverse open worlds in vast galaxy's and explore these lands in a quest for treasure, power and revenge. Amazing graphics. Customizable characters / ship / shrike. Upgradable weapons / equipment. Ability to trade. Share the experience in coop or go it alone. Space magic. Multiplayer. Public events / Join multiple fire teams for cooperative play. Just to name a few.

3 답변COD is getting repetitive? No shit. Video games are fine as a whole, COD is the one with the problem. But I am prety sure that Destiny is going to be different. You know super abilities, huge shared world, good multiplayer, many many MANY guns, cool and unique destinations. Shall i go on? I will: Upgrades which allowe many different playstiles for everyone, super cool customization for almost everything, great story, and lots of fun. Thats at least what i am expecting.

5 답변You make it sound like CoD is the source of the problem here. It might well be, actually. In all seriousness, though, it might be time to try non-FPS games. Dragon's Dogma is a tremendously different change, but it wasn't a bad game.

3 답변작성자: ArchAngel 4/13/2014 9:12:25 PMWell you have powers, and a weapon tree, upgrades, and armor, so yeah. It's not going to be anything like cod, besides being a first person shooter. Destiny is it's own game, it's different from most games but not completely different. Cause it's going to be a shooter and shooters are shooters lol.

1 답변It's more that they're putting more effort into fine graphics than gameplay. And even with the gameplay, they'll put more effort into how a weapon or attack looks and not enough into how it plays.

4 답변
#gaming
Maybe you should play a genre outside of FPS. Try RPGs like Skyrim, The Witcher 2 etc. Hell, try the Mass Effect series. Third person shooter that isn't a shooter on rails. Great, interactive story. In short, sounds like you need to try games that aren't FPS.

11 답변작성자: Y2 Remedy K7 4/13/2014 8:17:26 PMIts not the games that get worse its we grow up. Destiny will be its own new thing :) co-op play is at its best here and will allow for some very enjoyable game play with a relaxing and intense feel at the same time.

1 답변Should be in #Gaming for the proper attention. Yeah I agree with you man, games are starting to seem repetitive. Though I sadly think this is a symptom of the video game industry expanding. First off, we have some developers just trying to crank off as many games as possible. Than we have others who would rather keep it safe than invest in newer ideas.
