Should the playstation 4 get more exclusive content?
Objectively and technically speaking, the playstation 4 is the best gaming console out there at the moment, it's also the most owned console. Because of this, I think there should be more exclusive content to be made for it. I'm not talking about timed exclusive content, I'm talking about content that will only be for ps4 and never released for the xbox one, 360, or PS3. The reasoning for this is that it will attract more talkative players to the ps4 community and it will expand our population. What do you guys think?

2 답변Why is it that every game feels the need to put out exclusive content for Playstation. I understand PS4 is a good console, but Xbone isn't really that far behind and realistically we are all in it for the games and not so much in it for the minuscule difference between 720 and 1080. Destiny already has gotten enough exclusive content as is. I really don't understand why people feel the need to label PS4 as the master race of gaming and that everyone needs to swear fealty to it and give it mountains upon mountains of exclusive content. Whether it is Destiny or Shadow of Mordor it just seems to be a running thing this year. Stop with the exclusive content. We are all paying the same price for the game so why not give everyone the same level of content. Or at least if you do a timed exclusive give one to both sides. Just look at the forums and one can see how little people like all this exclusive content already.

3 답변Absolutely not, unless they are going to make exclusive content for the Xbox One as well. You can make people choose between exclusive content but you can't ignore an entire demographic of players that's discrimination and a terrible business practice.

If your not happy then you're shit out of luck. If anything xbox should have some different stuff too. But I don't care because the Halo games Bungie gave us were enough. Be grateful for what you have.

I'm not really down on exclusive avatar crap in game. I think why you will see if XBone sales numbers don't pick up is some developers won't take the financial risk of releasing on both. Xbox sales this fall will tell the story, maybe they gain some ground.

I think that any kind of exclusivity or early access is overall bad for business. showing favoritism to one means showing DISfavoritism to another. I have been a Diehard xbox fan and I STILL got irked when CoD announced early map packs for Xbox users. I was fine when BF said same for PS because it gave a sort of symmetry to it. Now I know there will STILL be timed exclusives, but there's a difference between it being a few multiplayer maps and being content for a game like destiny. there will be spoilers and there will be complaining. As for the PS4 being the better console, just remember that last gen it was reversed and you guys got the short end with the MASSIVE initial cost, getting hacked TWICE, and having a laughable online service. As for Xbox people, before you get butthurt at his statement remember how terrible we were to the playstation "csuals" about all their problems. People in glass houses, people.

Exclusivity is stupid .... I've always been one to own both systems but preferably I like Xbox a lot better than playstation but regardless there will always be something exclusive to the other , the whole waiting another year for DLC that ps4 gets is kinda dumb we are all paying the same price ... If destiny was completely exclusive to ps4 which it's not then id keep quiet but timed exclusivity shouldn't be that long of a wait period
