New Xbox Live gamertag, not updated on Bungie? Help!
Hello Bungie Support,
So somewhere in 2012 I had my gamertag changed from Timecontroll to LongTimeAgoNL. For almost every site that tracked scores and history, everything was updated to my new Gamertag. Except... You guessed it, Bungie.net.
Because of the recent interest in Destiny, I decided to visit Bungie.net once more, only to find out that I 'joined 1 year ago' and that I have no gaming history whatsoever! Everything is still linked to the "Timecontroll" account and not to my new LongTimeAgoNL account.
I can't even log in anymore as Timecontroll since the e-mail address linked to Timecontroll is now linked to LongTimeAgoNL.
How can I update/merge these accounts? Help!

After Bungie handed over Halo to 343i on 03/31/2012, they also stopped updating and froze all game historys here on the site. Now, if you played before that time and kept your gamertag and everything the same, it would have reflected here on the site. But because you have changed your gamertag and emails, all the states that were associated with your old gamertag, before the date of the transfer, did not come along with your new gamertag. Also there is no current way of updating or merging your old account with your new to obtain your game history, sorry! does that make sense? 2 답변Ah, I just found out that Bungie still uses my extremely old e-mail account for the Timecontroll account... ID: Timecontroll Joined Aug 25 2007 So I just logged in as this account, only to find out, again, that I have no gaming history whatsoever... ??? What is going on? By changing the user name and/or e-mail account associated with the Bungie.net account your entire history gets wiped? :(
