Mind of a Man
I'll assume none of you have watched this gameshow but if you have, please tell me what you think about it.
The video pretty much sums up exactly what happens on the gameshow.
They have two women competing to win cash who think they know how "a real man" thinks. They have a useless panel who just say what they think the answers to the questions are.
They survey 100 men for each question. They asked these questions.
Question:
"What would you rather watch a woman doing for 5 straight seconds?"
Answers:
Showering
Dancing
Kissing another girl
Question:
"What would you rather spend more money on?"
Answers:
Top shelf liquor
Front row seats
Custom clothing
Question:
We surveyed 100 African American men, Which of these are you more likely to do with a girl before you're actually ready?
Answers:
Say "I love you"
Get engaged
Make a baby
Question:
Surveyed 100 college guys, Which of these coeds looks cutest crossing the quad?
Answers:
The Psych Major
The Phys Ed Major

Not a huge game show watcher myself, though if I do happen to see one, they can be entertaining. I could see that it might be fun for a couple to watch, so they could hear his answers to the questions, her guesses and talk about why people think the way that they do. I would probably lose sight (very quickly) that the goal is to predict what "the most men answered" instead of giving my own response. That's pretty telling I guess. That I would forget about the game and instead "make it all about me". I guess that I am an egocentric and selfish bastard.
