The music, the imagery, the rebuilding of Adam Jensen. I love it.
Sometimes I feel this way being reshaped into something else and this opening credits plays in my mind lol
If you mean before the title screen, I would say Monster Hunter seems to always have great ones.
If you mean after the file select screen, then I personally really like Majora's Mask's intro.

Metal Gear Solid has, in my opinion, the greatest and most brilliant introduction of any video game ever made.
Not only does it introduce the story and characters, but it also introduces the gameplay. In the first ten minutes of the game, you're being taught the most basic aspect of the game: Avoiding confrontation. The extremely low amount of health you have and the fact that you have no kind weapon except your bare hands only serve to reinforce this point. You're learning to use the environment and radar to your advantage. You're figuring out that getting spotted results in your radar being unusable. Stepping in wet puddles will cause you to leave footprints that enemies can track. Crawling underneath certain objects will force a first person view perspective. Rations restore your health. Sneaking up behind an enemy is more effective than fighting them head-on. And if you're in need of help or advice, call your support team via Codec.
Again, all of this is being taught to you in the first ten minutes of the game, with very little hand-holding. This whole segment is just practice, a prelude of things to come. Once you enter that elevator and see this logo, you know the real test is about to begin.
