Generation 4 Pokemon games easily had the best music and sound effects.
Not to mention the sound effects were awesome. Generation 5's music/Sound effects (let's not forget the terrible battle themes) were awful IMO.
I hope generation 6 Pokemon games have music as good as and similar to Generation Pokemon games.
Which Pokemon game had the best music/sound effects in your opinion?

Pokemon Colosseum's final boss music. Holy Shit it was brilliant. I really like the music from all the games. Gen 4 had some of my least favorite tracks though, idk some of them just really got on my nerves like the bike theme. Gen 3 and V had the best music by far though. Slateport City, Deoxys Battle, N's Castle, Kyurem theme, man it's all so good!

The lack in optimized coding caused the game to be sluggish and slow. I loved the game overall but I had to turn off animations in battle to even have some semblance of a decent pace. I still like RSE music and FR and LG music. The GBA just sounded nice. Also listen to Mystery Dungeon music. It is amazing.
