No, no and maybe.
As of right not what I know is that your fire team will consist of only 3 people which includes yourself, in my opinion this is very balanced system if you consider the fact that there are 3 classes.
Destiny will be launching for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4 with the possibility of a PC version in the future. As of right now there is no word on a Vita version.
Currently there is no information on spells or for a better term, space magic, other than the 2 attack abilities and 1 passive ability that each class will have.

I think certain game modes such as raids will only allow you 3 per FT. But you can have a squad of 6 I believe. As for the vita, nothing has been mentioned regarding. The Warlock has a Radiance ability, which I believe can heal other guardians.

For example some people say you will be able to play in a "squad" of 3 but play with another "squad" to create a "Fire Team" of 6 for raids, larger quest, etc. I have not seen a consistent explanation but from what I do know is originally Bungie mentioned a "Fire Team" as three individuals teaming up together. So perhaps a "Squad" is two "Fire Teams" together. We will just have to wait and see. Regarding the Vita, I would imagine since Sony is pushing it so hard they would push for some capability to be available on the Vita, wether it be a special feature or add on I am not sure but I would image at E3 we will hear something if it is planned. Either way I do believe you will enjoy the play much more directly on your console. Lastly, if there is a lightning spell I am sure it will be pristine just like everything Bungie does. Not Sure if this was helpful but we will find out soon. Fight on Fellow Guardian!
