I want to play Destiny because when I watched the GDC Conference and Jones and Staten spoke about building their new world, I was hooked. The concepts, the worlds and the familiar nature of "our own backyard" is an enticing slice of gaming pie. I've soaked up everything Destiny like a sponge and my body is ready. Destiny is everything I could want in a game- no, game is the wrong word- Experience. Everything I could ever want in an experience.

I want to play Destiny (i know probably everyone even yourselves say this) because when i look at it, read about it, listen to it it give's me an unstable urge to go out into your world but not to teabag the enemy or to see how quick i can clock a mission but to discover all the masterpiece's, plot's and twists in the story line and to journey into the unknown with the insanely pleasurable feeling of adventure. When that guy in the demo did not go towards the wall but turned around and showed us all the possible adventure's awaiting all my thought's stilled...except for one. Destiny, Destiny, Destiny.

Im going to make this as simple as possible because I could go on for hours talking about why I want to play Destiny. But the main reason is because I have had Bungie in almost my entire life. I grew up with HaloCE on the PC and Xbox and then went to the Halo2 midnight release with my brother in 2004 and have been a huge and hooked fan since. When you guys left halo in 2011 I was disappointed, but I didn't leave you guys as a fan like a lot of people did. And when i heard you guys were making a new game I didn't listen to the reviews, i instantly knew i was going to purchase it because you were making it and i had and still have faith in you guys for making a great game like the ones you have blessed us with over the so many years. There are a lot of posts about this subject and I doubt you will pick me because there may be way more qualified then i am but just knowing that you might read this excites me. Thank you for everything bungie!!!!

I have been waiting since the dawn of time. Since stars and galaxies took form to fill the endless void and to paint the canvas of absolute nothingness. Since the limitless potential of life began sprouting on Earth, ready to face the many monumental challenges of the universe. Since star gazers looked up at the night sky and wondered what could really be out there in the great beyond. Since conquerers ventured into the dark unknown, seeking out new places to explore and new treasures to uncover. The wait is almost over. Everything has been leading me here and I am ready. I am ready to carve my legacy. I am ready to fulfill my Destiny.

Why would I want to play hmm lets see here...it is not a matter of why I want to play I am buzzing to play, for starters it was thanks to you Bungie as why I picked the the gaming industry to go into so anything you guys do I will play but on top of that I just trust Bungie as a whole to do a overall epic job of Destiny, I can't wait to see what the world feels and looks like, I can't wait to see what the music sounds like, I can't wait to see all the different guns and armor there are, Bungie you have got me through some hard times in my life before and just want to say thanks. Question for you guys at Bungie: tell us why you can't wait for us to play Destiny?

I am not only a massive Bungie fan, I am also a great RPG player. Now, this kind of sounds pretty normal but it gets more complicated. I've always had this dream of really living inside a game, to just lose myself in it like I lived, ate and slept in there. The anime Sword Art online fueled this and I believe Destiny is one step close to me achieving this dream. It really feels like the first time a game is more than a game. It really is another dimension to live in and THAT'S what i'm looking forward to. PEACE OU7 PEOPLE! HAPPY BUNGIE DAY! :D

Bungie has been one of the greatest game developers whose work I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I have spent more hours playing halo then studying when I was in college. When my friends get together it is typically to play halo. I have been in love with the story and the universe they spent the past 10 years developing. I own all of the books and soundtracks. Now why have I gone into the past to discuss why I want to play destiny? The answer is simple, I have such faith that the next game bungie makes is going to be the best. Halo was great, but by all accounts destiny will be 1000 times better. I have scrounged up every bit of news just for a glimpse of this wonderful new universe, and everything I see just makes me want to play more. I look forward to picking the game up at midnight, and playing until my fingers hurt and my eyes are stuck open. I have been following this game since before it was announced. My first thought when bungie left microsoft was "I can't wait to see what they do next". Simply put though many a game passes through my console, those made by bungie tend to stay in said console, while others come and go.

FTW. lol but seriously, every game I've ever played other than halo just didn't cut it, the closest a game came to rich satisfaction was fallout 3 because of it's depth and humour but it was lonely and lacked that visceral edge that Bungie games provide. Now you guys have been through so much and brought with you an armada of tried and tested experience along with a keen eye for what gamers want, Fortified by a backbone of seven pillars. So for Bungle to be let lose on a whole new realm, with the freedom, support, rooted experience and financial backing, I see no reason why Destiny won't be rockin' ma' sox off for the next decade!

Why do I want to play Destiny? Space Magic, my friends. SPACE. MAGIC. Also, Bungie don't just make videogames. They're not things I buy and then put down or trade in when they're finished. They're like albums, like vinyl. Where am I when Pearl Jam release a new album? Buying it. That's where. And that's how I feel about Bungie and Destiny and every game Bungie bring out. Bring it guys - my body is ready.

I want to play Destiny for a reason I can't quite put my finger on. Bungie's games have always been fun to play with my friends, and I've always loved thinking about Bungie's stories. Thinking about Bungie's stories, however, has always been a solitary endeavor. My friends were often excited to search for the terminals in Halo 3, but they were never all that interested in reading what they said. Piecing together the various dialogues in the terminals, and connecting them to events that took place in Halo, was something I found incredibly fun. I think Destiny can change this solitary endeavor of mine into something I can enjoy with my friends. Everything I've seen so far is mysterious -- from Geomantic symbols and Radial shapes to a map of Puerto Princesa. A love for solving mysteries and bringing the truth to light fuels my desire to piece together Bungie's stories. Destiny seems to be grounded in a sense of exploration and mystery. In Destiny, there are worlds to explore, and you are motivated to explore them by more than the desire to unlock an Achievement. Under everything else there is a map -- a map designed to be explored and analyzed by you and your friends. This is why I want to play Destiny.
