I want to pre-order one of the next-gen systems, I'm leaning towards XB1, but that's not the issue. I'm wondering how Sony and Microsoft will handle post-launch bugs/issues. Buying the new system + games and controllers will be expensive so I'm just trying to figure out how they will be protecting my investment. If anyone has any insight or can tell me how they handled that in the beginning of the last gen it would be appreciated. Thanks y'all.
