Globally muted?
I'm not sure whether this is a glitch or a correct use of the feature, but I seem to be muted for the entire website. Assuming it's the latter, feel free to ignore this (hell, it's ignored by default), but otherwise I figured I'd report the issue.
If it helps, I recently appealed a ban. Might be a glitch in the appeal system.

It's a brave new world on Bungie.net. All of us are burdened with conducting ourselves in a way that is beneficial to the community. There are consequences to provide you with incentives to do that, in the event that you aren't motivated intrinsically. If people miss you, they can follow you. p.s. Wow, if it's true that is a completely idiotic system easily abused. I thought these incompetents would have learned from Reach. OP, if it happens again I hope you get around it as I would. Message me if you don't know how.

You've been muted by enough members that in order for non-muting members to see your posts, they either have to follow you, or manually unhide your posts.
