e: The people in this gallery are not being considered suspects by the FBI and, in fact, probably had nothing to do with the incident. The one in the blue track suit is just a normal high school student. Pictures of the two actual suspects can be found here: http://www.cnn.com/2013/04/18/us/boston-blasts/index.html?hpt=hp_t1 . Just as a disclaimer if, for some reason you know these people, please contact the FBI because bombs are bad and they should feel bad.
OLD NEWS, NEAR-CONFIRMED TO BE UNTRUE:

All images from a 4-chan "Think Tank" (whatever the hell that means). The main suspect -- from what I gather -- as per the pictures, seems to be the bearded man in the blue jacket. Just figured I'd post it because, while some of the pictures are rather obscure and probably mean nothing, others are very interesting and possibly insightful.

2 답변/pol/ rep here. We caught him. Mike Mulugeta. Those outlets hoping that the suspect(s) was white got their wish, but it turns out they still got majorly -blam!-ed.

5 답변작성자: Snake Plissken 4/17/2013 10:33:18 PMI never thought I'd say this, but it's time for your tinfoil hats, folks. So a few guys had backpacks and didn't devote every moment of their attention to the race? I'm not convinced. It's not impossible - in fact, it seems like the most to go on at the moment - but I'm not convinced.

작성자: Jadeydrag0117 4/18/2013 3:05:04 PMany reason why they bombed in yet??? + 4chan may have pointed out "suspicious" looking parade goers but, theres not really enough to say they were the bombers, since in one of images where the suspects didnt have their backpacks anymore could have just been holding it below the waist therefore covered by the audience and crowd. also as one of the picture points out the shape of the bomb / backpack, of one of the suspects, I DOESN'T match the other shapes of the backpacks of the other suspects.. also because someone in the crowd is not paying attention could be he didn't pay attention for that one second. but it is very suspicious. also i don't think that random mexican dude was a suspect. federal investigators will figure it out soon. unless these guys are filthy stinky rich they're not getting away with anything.

2 답변A think tank is a group of intellectuals and experts that devote their time towards solving complex issues within their field of study. Most commonly, these institutions tend to be devoted towards economics, political science, public policy, and international relations. If memory serves me, the term arose right around the time RAND corporation began to bloom. Organizations like RAND would work for the Pentagon on defense issues, and were dubbed "think tanks" because of their military affiliation. The More You Know!

5 답변Interesting. But, the two guys dressed alike look to me like paramedics. The backpacks they carried were the same as the Combat Lifesaver bags the medics carried in the military. Given that this is a marathon, where injuries are common, I would say that's what those two are.

Wow I love the internet. However just because the FBI haven't released anything yet doesn't mean they haven't spotted these people too. They're working hard and probably don't have the time to explain everything and probably will when they catch the suspects.
