So by this logic freedom-loving conservative nutjobs decide it's OK to kill in elf-defense because someone shooting at you with a gun is infringing your rights.
But did you ever stop and think that by you killing them you just denied them their right to life? If him shooting at you denied his right to life then you shooting back at him denies your right to life.

Well rights are made up you know... They're social contracts. Of course they're going to create logic problems when they start getting thrown at each other. So then you put in the exception that rights don't count if they violate other rights.

This isn't an exclusively-conservative notion. And when someone attempts to kill you, as far as I'm concerned they've officially forfeited their rights and you are perfectly justified in killing them first, or at least trying.

6 답변You do know self defense is an actual thing that isn't just people shooting shit then later calling it "Self Defense" Using a firearm to defend your self and the people around you is self defense well with a firearm And the gun is not to blame, if you were to teach kids at a young age and tell them to use guns responsibly people would understand firearms better And if they tried to kill me they are denying my right to life, but i have to defend my life so they can't take mine
