I don't know if this was staged or what but I was listening to the radio on the way to school and the hosts of the radio channel were talking about how inspection stickers as of April 22nd are going to cost 4% of your cars worth. And to prove it they got this guy from the "Texas Department of Emissions Assessment." Wut. So many people bought this and started calling to complain about how sudden it was and how they can't afford it. My mom was even freaking out until I told her it was April 1st.
